We have never been to Marsa Alam, so this time we decided to go there. When choosing a tour, we were guided by the fact that there was a good coral reef and good cuisine. The check-in was just terrible, just hell, we arrived early in the morning, at 6.30 in the morning the whole bus was brought to the hotel, we were kept in the lobby for 2 hours, and then the whole bus was settled in building 4, where construction was going on nearby; the tractors are working, the dust is in the windows, the noise is frantic. Everyone ran and asked to be relocated. Then, we were given another number, for the n-th amount of money, we still insisted, and only because we have an adult child, we were moved, and those who had small children, I don’t know how they solved this problem, they ran, swore, even fought at the reception, everything was there, there was horror. In the room in which we were moved, everything was fine, clean, beautiful, quiet and calm. The only thing that they forgot to put cosmetics on us, I had to remind. The food is good in the hotel, we liked it. The beach is also good, good pontoon, reef, we can recommend it. There is a desert near the hotel, we drove 1.5 hours from the airport and didn’t see anything nearby. The hotel only food and the beach is good, but the attitude is terrible.
