Vacationing with a friend. The rooms are excellent, the cleaning was not bad at all, but with beach towels it is a whole quest! To change it, we need to catch the person who cleans the room and convince him that we just need a clean towel! Why make life so difficult for your guests? For some reason, the kettle was removed from the rooms and in order to drink coffee or tea during the day you need to run to the bar! Links go to covid, but we still don’t understand what this has to do with such a service.
Meals for three with a minus, there is no choice. Cakes are delicious (probably this is the only plus from the food). On the beach in the bar, the dishes are probably not washed at all. We made comments more than once about the dirty cups in which coffee is served, but the result was the same! No one really cared about covid here! Animators are five plus! The girls are great, they don’t let vacationers get bored, everything is fun and not forced! They are the positive of this hotel! Thanks to them, many shortcomings of the service are smoothed out!
The hotel area is large and beautiful, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel is also a plus for the hotel, there are many pools. No service at the bar at the reception. With such dissatisfied faces, you need to sit at home, and not work in a hotel, it seems that we came to their house with an outstretched hand, there was a vile feeling from such service!

In summary: if they ask me if I would like to come here again, definitely not!
