We immediately met a Russian-speaking guide at the reception, Anechka, who helped us arrange a settlement. The next day we asked to change the room, because we wanted to be closer to the sea. They helped us at no extra charge. Anya and I went to see the room, then we were transported things. Anya was always helpful in every way. Such care was not previously in any hotel.
Nice beach, varied food, bathrobes in the room, daily cleaning in the room with beautiful originally folded towels.

The only upset was that Ocean blue company was on the beach, doing boat trips, they promised 3 places to visit on the tour - where the sea cow, corals, sea turtles are located - they first brought where the sea cow lives, and then they asked who wants where. Who is on corals, and who is looking at turtles! The Poles chose the turtles and we were taken to our own beach and dropped off to show the turtles that we saw every day. Basically a scam! We asked other tourists, everyone went to the cow, corals and turtles! So in this company I do not recommend taking a boat trip.
