The bathroom (we had a bath) has good quality cosmetics, a bidet, complicated but convenient adjustment of the shower and water temperature, special equipment. niches in the wall for toiletries, a very comfortable curtain for the bathroom, snow-white and fragrant towels. The room also has a large plasma screen, a table for working with a computer, a kettle with a set of coffee-sugar-tea, an iron and ironing board, floor scales and even!! ! fumigator with spare plates;

The sea and the beach at the hotel - this is what immediately covers any roughness. The beach is wide, clean, with original ideas for photos. Entrance to the sea from a nearby beach, gently sloping with living coral.
The hotel staff speak different languages as the guests. For Russian speakers and those who do not know English, you can turn to Anna for help, she never refuses and tries to resolve any issues, including with insurance.
Animation constantly attracts guests to their events, pays attention to everyone.
Our vacation was wonderful, we were satisfied with everything, we can safely advise.

We chose the hotel based on reviews and recommendations from friends, reviews on the Internet. We immediately met a Russian-speaking guide at the reception, Anechka, who helped us arrange a settlement. The next day we asked to change the room, because we wanted to be closer to the sea. They helped us at no extra charge.

They helped us at no extra charge. Anya and I went to see the room, then we were transported things. Anya was always helpful in every way. Such care was not previously in any hotel.
Nice beach, varied food, bathrobes in the room, daily cleaning in the room with beautiful originally folded towels.
Gels and shampoo in the room every day.
There are plenty of sunbeds and hammocks on the beach.
The only upset was that Ocean blue company was on the beach, doing boat trips, they promised 3 places to visit on the tour - where the sea cow, corals, sea turtles are located - they first brought where the sea cow lives, and then they asked who wants where. Who is on corals, and who is looking at turtles! The Poles chose the turtles and we were taken to our own beach and dropped off to show the turtles that we saw every day. Basically a scam! We asked other tourists, everyone went to the cow, corals and turtles! So in this company I do not recommend taking a boat trip.
