Initially, we planned to fly to Sharm, but our agent offered to try Mars and we did not regret it. The sea is even more alive than in Sharm. Excursions are really more expensive due to the fact that the resort is more focused on guests from Western Europe. But now there are guests from Ukraine, which of course pleases. But as it turned out, not all. The girl at the reception Juliana diligently ignores guests from Ukraine, and not only we noticed this. She pretends to be busy and tries to communicate only with Europeans. She was observed to be nice to the Europeans and run away or become "very busy" at the sight of the Ukrainians. I didn’t like it very much and it’s not acceptable, and in the evening you can’t find it at all.

We read reviews about Anna, found her and she helped us. Nice girl, told everything about restaurants, suggested where and what to see. It's good to have such employees. I want to note the good work of the bartender Hani and the worker of the oriental restaurant Ahmed.

Other employees also always smile when they meet and wish you a good day.

The hotel is good, some buildings can be seen only updated. There are several pools. The rooms are large with a spacious terrace. Everything you need is in the room, you can ask for slippers and a bathrobe. Cleaned regularly, well, towels are large, snow-white. Check-in is standard, you can additionally pay for early check-in and late check-out. There are several shops, of course overpriced and a company that offers boat trips and diving. The territory is not very green, but quite large and well-groomed. To the beach you need to walk a little along the alley.

In the end, they did not regret their choice. We want to return next year and most likely to this hotel, because it fully meets our requirements. Hopefully next year it will only get better.
