We were there in March 2013 - a family trip. Before leaving, I looked at the reviews, read about repeated cases of theft in the hotel, but hoped that this would not happen to us. However, in vain. . . The very next day after arrival, $ 100 from a bundle of money disappeared directly from a closed safe in the hope that we would not notice. I had to urgently take money and documents for storage in a safe at the reception. The big manager promised to sort everything out in a rude manner within 12 hours, even threats were addressed to us, judging by his behavior, we got the impression that the security and the big manager themselves were involved in this, because it is unlikely that the safe can be opened cleaners. Then a Russian-speaking girl Maria called us and reported the results of the investigation, which was allegedly carried out, that the thief was not found and the money was not found. In general, the mood was spoiled from the very beginning. By the way, they steal not only from Russians: three days later, I saw a foreigner who led a security guard and a big manager to his room, apparently also for a showdown. After these troubles and threats, I wanted to leave there already on the 3rd day of my stay. Every day I was afraid that something would be stolen again. It only became easier for me when a whole group of Russian MVD officers with their families came to the hotel to rest, I felt at least somehow safe. It is a pity that such events take place in a hotel of such a high level, and the management turns a blind eye to this. I will definitely write about this on the official Hilton website, because this is not the first time I have rested in Hilton hotels, but this is the first time. This is a shame for the hotel. Finally find the thief already or change the hotel management!
