I am generally satisfied with the rest, but still there were a couple of fly in the ointment in a barrel of honey. Unfortunately, this Hilton, positioning itself as 5*, falls short of them. I travel a lot around the world, in Egypt for the 5th time, I always try to book hotels of decent quality, so I think that my opinion may help someone in choosing a hotel.
You are here if the sea and coral are important. Diving, snorkeling and just swimming in Abu Dabbab Bay is great. Smooth sandy entrance. Lots of fish, moray eels, stingrays, sea foxes, and of course turtles. Each swim saw 2-3 individuals.
You are here if you want a quiet, relaxing holiday. 65-70% of people over 45 years old. Few Russian-speaking tourists. During my stay I believe it was 10%. The lion's share - Italians and Germans.
The hotel positions itself as a family hotel. Lots of stuff for kids. I saw a lot of Europeans with children under 5 years old.

I consider the choice of Hilton to be normal in terms of price / quality, if you need a good sea with a rich underwater world, and you are ready to turn a blind eye to some comments:
Note 1: for 7 days the bed was not changed at all, although this was indicated. Upon arrival, the bed was not fresh and stained.
Observation 2: There was a perceived problem in the delivery of products. For 3-4 days, a lot of things migrated from one dish to another and was not tasty. Waste-free food is natural for the hotel sector, but here it was felt strongly for a couple of days. From a variety of 10-12 main dishes, you had to stop at one dish that is cooked in front of you.
