The hotel is presented as a hotel for families with children. The hotel itself is good, the food is good (although the children's menu, as noted in the description - no! ), the number of rooms, cleaning, staff, all services are good. The settlement was early, we did not have to wait until 14-00. It's nice. BUT! There are moments that are not mentioned in the advertising descriptions of the hotel. These moments spoil the overall impression of the rest. The tour operator and travel agent should warn tourists about this when choosing a hotel:
1. People go to Marsa Alam primarily for the sake of the underwater world. Unfortunately, there is NO underwater world in this hotel!! ! The reef is inanimate, there are very, very few fish, practically none!
2. Beach 1500 m. To the sandy entrance to the sea - 800-1000 m!! ! With small children, it is difficult to walk such a distance. There is no shuttle to the beach! The pontoon and the "children's beach" are on different sides of the beach, at a distance of 800-1000 m from each other. There are NO toilets on such a long beach! There is only one bar on the beach, near the pontoon. Those with children on the other side should take drinking water with them.

3. Pronounced ebbs and flows. At low tide, the water goes down to 1.5-2 m. On the beach with a sandy entry, during the tide, the water is knee-deep in the sea, and at low tide, it is bone-deep.
4. There is Wi-Fi in the hotel, but it does not work well throughout the territory, except for the lobby.
5. Special "thanks" to the representative of Anex Tour hotel guide. At a meeting for tourists, he gave general information known to everyone, but did not voice the questions of vacationers about the concept of the hotel, since it was more interesting for him to sell excursions. All questions asked by those who did not buy excursions, he ignored. Departure from the hotel to the airport is 4 hours, although it takes 5 minutes to get to the airport.
