I want to say thank you to everyone who writes on turpravda - it helped me a lot when choosing a hotel! I posted the same review on the Turtes website - I immediately say this for those who will look for advertising in my words : ).
They returned quite recently - on October 27 in complete delight. Although they read everything before this. The hotel is surrounded by greenery, good service, everyone is pleasant, attentive, although of course, some of the staff became pleasant when they found out that we were not Russians. But in my opinion they are not loved anywhere. A good guide - Khalid - we tortured him a lot, but I think he was pleased to mess with us. Thanks to him, and guides Ali and Hasan. So in order.
- The hotel is part of the madinat, so you can walk around all the hotels, and eat only at your place.
- The bay is beautiful, a lot of corals and beautiful fish. Buy a mask! It doesn't storm, what a big one +
- The sandy beach is a 5-minute walk near the neighboring Koraya (5+), we swam from the pontoon - the fish are cool there and the pontoon is short.
- There is only one disco in our hotel for 4 hotels. no one goes there, DJ is a brake
- The animation is good - by the pool, aerobics, step, dancing, water polo in the pool, only volleyball on the beach, in the evenings the performance, by the way, is very high quality.
- Billiards - pool in the evenings for free
- There are shops, the prices are the same as in El Quseir or in shops across the street. It makes sense to buy a T-shirt or a towel with the inscription Marsa Alam in the store - and everything else in Hurghada in duty free - it's cheaper there and there is a large selection.
- The beach is large, there are always free sunbeds and umbrellas, the same is near the pool, so it makes no sense to run at 6 in the morning. On the beach are Italians, Ukrainians and Russians, Germans and French - near the pools.
- In the hotel there are 20% Russians, 20% Ukrainians (sometimes none), 20% Italians, 20% Germans, 20% British, Arabs do not rest here.
- Excursions are more expensive than in Hurghada, but there are no alternatives - I had to buy from a guide, took Fishing and a quad safari with a friend. They didn't regret it. Our guide was with us. We caught fish, a safari is generally a class, although they didn’t order barbecue from the Bedouins - they were afraid of unsanitary conditions.
- Couples rest in the hotel, there is no "movement", although their 4 hotels Lamaya is the youngest. Cocktails make a good body if you give the bartender a couple of pounds. Although of course their liquor is much worse, only white wine is good.
- Restaurant. In the morning the food sucks - European style, porridge, toast, buns. And the cakes!!! ! oh goodbye figure. .
- A huge beautiful lobby bar, in the evenings there is good dancing live music, we danced.
- on the beach bar, there is ice cream and from 12 o'clock pizza, buns, tea. Make friends with Mohammed - he's the main bartender there. He hates Russians, but loves Ukrainian girls . . like all Arabs... : )
- Tunisian animator Momo organizes water polo - we played and yelled at the whole hotel - a real break!
- Many animators at the reception also understand Russian, but if you speak English, it’s easier to explain and respect you more, but in general I advise you to learn a couple of Arabic phrases - you will be smiled at all 32.
- There is Internet, $ 3 15 minutes, less - no. I think it's unfair.
There is a bank, an ATM.
- The cleaners are strange - everyone from our company put a pound or a dollar, but not everyone twisted the towels . . They clean well, everything is clean, every day they change everything, if you throw it on the floor.
We were a large group of Kharkiv residents - we met on the bus and it was fun and interesting for us, although I think it’s good for the two of us either for newlyweds or pensioners or businessmen tired of the bustle.

If you have extra 50-60 bucks - take Iberotel Coraya - there are 5+ and ultra-intclusive, it's a 10-minute walk around the bay. Although it is more boring there and there is no pontoon - you have to swim for about 5 minutes from the sandy beach to our pontoon. I personally liked our hotel. Still, they would have had cheaper excursions . . they wouldn’t have had prices, in Hurghada you could find 2 times cheaper. Someone wrote that you can find excursions across the road - nonsense, they didn’t go anywhere. And don't go to Abu Dhabi if you are not a professional swimmer - your excursion will turn into an hour long marathon swim. We didn’t go and didn’t regret it, in the end it’s 10 minutes by bus from the hotel to the beach of Abudabi... : ) It’s far from Luxor - 6-7 hours there and the same amount back, because the buses go almost to Safaga, gathering people in a column of buses and then to Luxor, we decided not to go there, although our friends went, they liked it, although it was tiring.
