So. Kahramana.
1. Settlement. We arrived late at 10 local time. The room was given immediately, our wishes were taken into account without additional payment (quiet place, first floor, rooms for 100). Everything was fast, they saw that the children were tired, they did not delay with the design, they settled instantly. We were late for dinner, they brought us dinner to the room (two plates of vegetables, cakes, sliced, sweet, water) - a lot, we were not particularly hungry, so we pecked a little.
2. Number. Basically as expected.
pros
1. Large, promised 55 squares, two extra. beds for children do not interfere.
2. A large balcony overlooking the sea, it comfortably accommodates a sunbed, a drying rack for clothes, a table and a chair.
3. huge bed.
4. Good bathroom, plumbing in good condition, hot water is always available.
Cons, but we knew about them
1. The stock of rooms is old, be prepared for shabby furniture, creaking cabinet doors, wobbly bedside tables.

2. Very noisy air conditioner, but powerful. They turned it on during the day while we were away, slept with it off at night.
3. Ants, I don’t know if it’s really a minus. The children liked them, they did not cause any inconvenience.
4. Although the bed is large, the mattress is not solid, but of two halves, if you fall asleep in the middle, it is not comfortable.
3. The territory is huge, everything is green.
One minus - a lot of stairs, descents - ascents and uneven paths made of stone, it is problematic to move with a one-year-old child and a stroller.
4. Guides and staff. From Pegas two Russian guides Pavel and Andrey. Pavel was at the meeting - he worked out his excursions, there are no complaints. There is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception. It happens early in the morning and late in the evening. Irina. Sweet and pleasant, but a little annoying, you can learn everything you need from her. The rest of the staff is excellent, all smiling and at the receptionist and waiters, there were no problems. Cleaning in the room is adequate, they even noticed that they were washing the floor (they left a tip for the cleaner), a couple of times at the beginning they spun swans from towels.
5. Nutrition.
I read a lot of fears and horrors before the trip that the food is terrible. Not certainly in that way. Food for Egypt is quite standard.
Typical breakfast: Omelet, pancakes, cooked in front of you. Yogruty, fruits, breakfast cereals, vegetables, cold cuts, bread, lots of sweet pastries. Tea, coffee, hibiscus, water and orange yupi. There is even oatmeal for those who wish.

Dinner. Grill every day (chicken, partridges, meat (hard), crabs, something like kebabs, hamburgers), something quite edible, something not very. Pasta is cooked in front of you, usually there are two sauces to choose from. And a standard set, stewed vegetables, potatoes, meat, fish or chicken. The choice, to be honest, is modest, especially for the salad bar. He was practically inedible. They just picked sliced vegetables and seasoned them themselves. Very often there was a dish with lasagna, gnocchi and the like, but it was not very tasty with them.
Dinner is about the same. Sometimes a dish from the chef (not every day, there was tuna, turkey, chicken).
But the choice of fruit pleased. There were apples, pears, bananas, guava, watermelon, melon, dates, grapes, plums, pomegranate, citrus fruits. Sweet table is good.
Snacks. In the morning, there were buns with tea in the bars (they didn’t take them), from 10 to 11 in a bar near 200 rooms there was ice cream for children, in the same place from 11 they prepared hot dogs or burgers with potatoes. In general, it’s rather sad in bars with drinks (I’m not talking about alcohol, we hardly drink, so we weren’t interested), b / a drinks are only soda and UPI, there were no familiar cocktails, as in other hotels. The daughter was very upset by this. We bought packaged juices in a shop across the street, at least they made her happy.
Animation. There was, but we didn't go. On the active beach, something happened, in the pool there too. There was an evening program and a disco for children. We never got to it. It all started late for us, after 9, and since the children got up with the sun at 4-5 in the morning, at that time they were already asleep.
Sea. What they were driving for.

Pontoon. A strange way to get to it through a paid fish restaurant, we didn’t even immediately find how to get to it. The reef is beautiful, it was a delight for me, it was the first time I swam on such a deep reef. There are fish and lots of them. Flag. Almost always red. We went at 5-6 in the morning (with our children there was no problem getting up), there was no whistler, we climbed through the rope and hit the road. In the morning we saw dolphins (on the first day without a camera, unfortunately), a baracuda sailed. Lionfish came out in the evening (it was a surprise for me that I met this beauty all the time, there were a lot of them in Taba). Almost every day we went to Abu Dabbab, despite the red flag, it was possible to swim there. In Abu Dabbab, a small bus runs daily according to the schedule, an appointment for the day at the reception. From the bay, of course, there are a lot of emotions. Stingrays, guitarists, turtles, cuttlefish, squids, all other families are large, bright.
Hotel lagoons. I didn’t find anything near the beach asset, but I’ll say right away that there was little water, and it was impossible to swim to many places. So in theory it could be good. You can swim in the relax beach lagoon. The stingrays and the Malagasy blacktip shark come in with the tide. A lot of needle fish, sea urchins, cucumbers. There lives a flock of lured aboudefduffs who bite if you hang in place for a long time.
Diving. We did not use the services of locals, there is a Polish dive center near the Blue Reef hotel. Their prices are more democratic, but the equipment is a bit old. The husband was not happy. Local ones are significantly more expensive, I didn’t dive with them.
Separately, about the dugong. Our friends took a tour of the bays from Pegasus. In one of the bays they went out on a dugong (if I'm not lying, Mubarak), my husband fell on him while diving. Basically, I just didn't see it. Well, then, there will be something to go for next time.
And yet, on the territory of the hotel, more precisely in the direction of Gardena, a water park is being built. Construction at the final stage (just add water), but it was never opened in our presence. The plan was to open on October 1st.
