In order.
I am a demanding tourist. Maybe even too much. So keep that in mind as you read.
The flight from Boryspil takes about 4 hours, which is quite a lot. When you arrive, don't be in a hurry to leave. It won't be faster. Even on the plane, at the exit you need to show certificates or tests. Although it is fast, but the whole plane passes in turn through one Arab. We left for 40 minutes. Upon arrival, you will be asked to pick up your luggage and put it on the scanner. At this point there is a long queue. Then, on the bus, we wait for everyone to gather. As a result, +2 hours from arrival. The hotel is the last in the transfer. +1 hour for the road.
Here, some write that this is not the first time at the hotel, but how is it if others write that the hotel is new and has just opened.

The hotel really has new appliances, furniture, but still in places damage is visible, which is definitely more than one month old. Personally, I have no complaints about furniture, appliances. Everything is fine.
The food is delicious, but monotonous and not a wide choice. You won't die of hunger, but you don't have a choice either. For three days there was never a grill. I'm not talking about seafood at all.
The sea - the entrance from the shore is good, sandy. In some places there are stones, but not critical. I went in without shoes, but never had a problem. There are fish, but not many. I have enough. Very often wind and waves. By sea is also normal.
Pools. There are three of them, one for children without heating at 50 cm, one adult is large and deep, also without heating. Third middle heated. The water could have been warmer. About the same as in the sea. There is no discomfort, but you won’t sit for a long time, you start to freeze. Some young ladies can see that such water is cold.
Entertainment. Animation sucks. For all the time no one approached us to get acquainted, did not tell us about their program, etc. I don't like when participation in something is imposed, but I think that the animation team should know everyone, communicate, tell what and where. They are themselves, you are yourself.
For entertainment in general longing. There is desert around the hotel, no shops, no bazaars. Excursions that guides offer are very expensive. For example, a trip to Luxor is $100. This despite the fact that it is not far to go here 200 km. Quad rides $35 per person.
There is no competition so prices are high.
The hotel is 80% Ukrainians, the rest are Poles and Russians. There are no Arabs, no English, Germans, Italians. I did not like it. I have seen enough of our compatriots at home. There is no color in one word.
Based on the above, I do not recommend this hotel. Everything seems to be there, but nothing special. There will be no memories
