We had a late flight, after check-out the bracelet was not cut off, we ate until the very departure from the hotel. Managers are constantly in the main restaurant, they monitor the service and ask if everything suits you. We were not particularly interested in animation, but it is there, the guys are trying very hard. Rest mainly Ukrainians and Poles, no Germans. I definitely recommend the hotel! Dolphins sailed to the pier during the calm, I saw this for the first time in Egypt (it was the 10th trip). And of course, more positive vacationers and everything will be fine.

2. Drive to the hotel from the airport for about 1 hour 20 minutes if you are taken to other hotels on the way. Our hotel was the 4th and last. We arrived at the hotel around 9:30 am.
3. The first impression of the hotel is very positive. As soon as we entered the hotel, we were immediately treated to soft drinks. Very nice! What pleased me was that in the questionnaires issued for settlement, the name of the first tourist from the voucher was immediately printed, it was necessary to fill in the rest of the guests who were traveling with you.
4. Settlement of all arrived tourists was until 14:00. Our settlement took place in 2 stages. The first stage: the room was given to us at 11:00. We did not like this room very much, as there was an extract from the restaurant next to the front door and the room did not have a sea view. Plus, we couldn't fit 4 people in the room. But, this is the concept of the hotel: the rooms that are in the hotel are optimally designed for 3 people. For an extra bed for the 4th person you need to pay extra. The price is $10 per day.
So the second leg is 12:30: $20 extra bed + sea view.
The room is great, we loved it. Our room was on the 3rd floor №3010. Near the water park. Everything is brand new - very happy.

7. Beach. Everything is very well thought out. The sunbeds are new, there is protection from the wind and the umbrellas are very comfortable and beautiful. The sand is pleasant. I like it.
8. Pier and sea world. There is also. Perhaps it is long, but it was worth it - because from it you can see the most beautiful fish and not only. There are 2 places where you can swim - this is approximately the middle of the pier and its end. When the waves and the red flag hangs (it was only December 26 for our visit to this hotel) - it is convenient to enter from the middle of the pier. Lots of fish, a stingray. Very very beautiful. From the end of the pier, if you swim to the left, you can swim to the most beautiful coral with a bunch of interesting fish.

Our room was opposite the water park on the ground floor. Spacious, clean with all amenities - two beds, shower, toilet, large and beautiful bathroom mirror, chairs, table, closet, free safe and work area so you can work on your laptop))).
The colors of the rooms and the facades of the buildings are extremely calm in pastel shades of blue and yellow.
Since the hotel opened 3 months ago, the area is very beautiful and gardeners are engaged in daily flowers and landscaping. Another plus is the compactness of the territory, you do not spend many hours to get to the sea from a restaurant or room.
Beach and Sea
Beautiful new sunbeds, new large umbrellas under which you can hide from the sun and lie quietly by the sea, a lot of space on the beach. Another plus, there is no music at sea, so you can lie down and relax. There is a spa and gym nearby, everything is also new, it was nice to visit them.
Sea! it is steep here without a doubt, one of the most beautiful reefs near the hotel I've seen, in the middle of the pontoon there is an exit so that when the red flag looms at the main exit to the sea, you can swim on the shallows (depth about 1m) and look at fish! Many fish only need to sail a little from the pontoon, by the way, the length of the pontoon is 220 m, tourists floating in the sea is guarded by a lifeguard.
If you summarize the topic of food, it is not very diverse, but you can easily eat delicious, hearty and even come back for something you like.

We arrived at the hotel at about 8-30, so we had to wait a bit (I even thought I would have to wait for check-in on the hotel schedule after 14:00), but after 10 minutes of luggage and we were taken by golf car to the room receptions, well, in principle, all other staff do not understand Russian and Ukrainian, so you need to speak English to be able to communicate with staff (knowing the Russian hotel director).
Our room was opposite the water park on the ground floor. Spacious, clean with all amenities - two beds, shower, toilet, large and beautiful bathroom mirror, chairs, table, closet, free safe and work area so you can work on your laptop))).
The colors of the rooms and the facades of the buildings are extremely calm in pastel shades of blue and yellow.
Since the hotel opened 3 months ago, the area is very beautiful and gardeners are engaged in daily flowers and landscaping. Another plus is the compactness of the territory, you do not spend many hours to get to the sea from a restaurant or room.
Beach and Sea
Beautiful new sunbeds, new large umbrellas under which you can hide from the sun and lie quietly by the sea, a lot of space on the beach. Another plus, there is no music at sea, so you can lie down and relax. There is a spa and gym nearby, everything is also new, it was nice to visit them.
Sea! it is steep here without a doubt, one of the most beautiful reefs near the hotel I've seen, in the middle of the pontoon there is an exit so that when the red flag looms at the main exit to the sea, you can swim on the shallows (depth about 1m) and look at fish! Many fish only need to sail a little from the pontoon, by the way, the length of the pontoon is 220 m, tourists floating in the sea is guarded by a lifeguard.
If you summarize the topic of food, it is not very diverse, but you can easily eat delicious, hearty and even come back for something you like.
Animation.
This is the first hotel where we did not miss every night and went to "SHOW TIME" every day a new show (fire show, show with glass and stars, comedy, dance, competitions ... ), energetic, lively and fun) (the animation team consisted of Ukrainians, Czechs, Russians)
Personnel
if we had any questions or wishes, the hotel staff gently tried to help us to make our stay comfortable. There were no annoying staff. Also another feature of the hotel - birthday greetings. All you have to do is say at the reception and in the restaurant how you would like the hotel to greet you.
There is an option when the staff (about 10 people) take musical instruments and go through the whole restaurant singing their funny songs, and then dancing around the birthday - very cool)))
P. S. The rest is wonderful.

The food here is good. There are even hints of haute cuisine. Maybe the buffet is not a kilometer long, there is less food, but it is delicious. Meat dishes and fish are cooked very tasty.
