I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel!
- We flew from Kyiv from Zhuliany airport directly to Marsa Alam. Then on the transfer to the hotel 15 km, we were taken quickly.
- Check in took 10 minutes. Nobody demanded anything, they immediately gave a wonderful room 2428 on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool-sea-restaurant.
- Number. All rooms are large and spacious with a balcony. Everything in the room is in perfect working order. Individual air conditioners, all work well. Showers always have very hot water. The beds are very comfortable and huge! Cleaning in the room is very good, the water was put on a regular basis. Every day they left $ 1 and sweets for a good cleaning. The room left and laptop (expensive) and phones outside the safe, no one steals. My wife is in the reception lobby on the couch, she lost her phone (also expensive). Two hours later they came to the reception, they immediately returned it to us.
- Contingent. 98% - Europeans, mostly Germans, but also Poles, French, Italians, Czechs, English. There are no Russians and there weren't before. There were 14 Ukrainians in the entire hotel, we are treated very kindly by both guests and staff! Not all staff knows Russian, so you will have to remember a little at least elementary words in English. But some employees know, as they often communicate in Russian with Poles and Czechs (they often know Russian well).
- Nutrition. To say it's wonderful is an understatement! It's just great! This is the best food hotel we have ever been in Egypt! A huge variety of dishes from meat, vegetables, sweets. Nothing ends anywhere throughout the entire operation of the restaurant, when the hotel is fully loaded, there is not even a hint of a queue anywhere, even if it is grilled seafood or veal or lamb, etc. There was always a chocolate fountain for breakfast! Every other day they gave crabs, shrimps, squids. There was always fish, occasionally sushi. From fruits - melon, physalis, persimmon, banana, grapefruit, tangerines, dates, grapes, guava, etc. There are a lot of sweets. In general, the hotel restaurant is able to satisfy the needs of even the strongest gourmets! All the waiters are polite, they don’t ask for tips, they deliver cold alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks around the restaurant (who are too lazy to go). All tables are always served in the best traditions of European restaurants.
- Bars. All bars always have everything without restrictions. Two glasses of any drink are given in one hand for safety reasons, so that they do not spill while carrying. You can approach to order an unlimited number of times, the staff will not even give a hint that something does not suit them. Kegged beer, the restaurant has bottled beer. They pour 300 ml into glasses, at the reception and in the restaurant everything is only in glass, at the pool and the beach, plastic glasses are also 300 ml (you yourself understand why). Everywhere a lot of cocktails and alcoholic and without. None of the staff anywhere smokes (I have never seen)
- Swimming pool. Towels are always available from dawn to dusk, always clean, dry, in perfect condition. The main pool is heated, the water is always warm, you can swim at any time, even at night, no one restricts you, it does not stink of bleach, it is always clean. There are massagers for the neck and jacuzzi massagers for the lower back and back. In the children's pool, the water is even warmer, the water is knee-deep. There are a couple of water slides for little kids. Great bar with drinks, ice cream and slush by the pool.
- Beach, sea, pier. The sea near the shore is cool, at the pier it is hot - 25-26 C *. Pier - 670 meters long, very durable, wide, in perfect condition. I thought, at first, that I would write this as a disadvantage, but then I decided that this was an advantage after I got to the restaurant several times. After such a meal, you need to burn fat, so the pier helps in this, I went there 3-4 times a day. A very beautiful sight on the pier to meet the dawn and see off the sunset. The descent from the pier is gentle, not slippery, durable. There are about 10 sun loungers on the pier. There is enough space for everyone on the beach, the sun loungers are comfortable, the beach staff helps to set them in the right place. It is problematic to go from the shore to the depth (far). For small children, you can easily swim near the shore, there is sand and no corals. The pier has very picturesque corals, there are live ones. You can spend the whole day there with a mask. We saw a turtle twice, a huge flock of dolphins swam twice, we saw an octopus, many different fish and once a small shark (it is not dangerous). There is a kiting school and a diving club on site.
- The territory of the hotel is not large, but picturesque, there are many recreation areas, everything is always clean everywhere, the grass is cut. There are no mosquitoes. they are poisoned every morning. There are only annoying flies, but there are none on the pier.
