After 2 years they returned, the first day was a little disappointing, but then everything was fine, like last time!

The first time we were in this hotel in November 2016 (our review is on the site). They were just delighted with it! Then he was always recommended to everyone!
Due to the fact that we liked it very much, we decided to come to it again.

On our advice, another separate family of 3 went with us.
We: Me + wife + daughter 17 years old.
Friends: Girl + daughter 18 years old + son 7 years old.

Check-in: We arrived at the hotel at 9:00. Previously, we were met with iced tea to Karkade at the entrance, but now, there is a table with empty glasses, but no one met us and did not offer Kakarkade!

We were immediately told that check-in would be later, the hotel was 100% loaded, breakfast was not included on the first day, it costs $ 5 per person, and the bracelets will be put on only after 10:00 (when breakfast is over).
But if we want, then we can all at once (two different families) be settled in a room of two rooms. I asked him to show me and was a little shocked, how could such a room be offered to two families with different surnames, 3 people each, given that two triple rooms were paid for ? ! It was a room with two small rooms, with two toilets, but with one shower and one common entrance, the first room was a walk-through! The first room has one double bed, the second has two single beds! Immediately the question is where to sleep the third person from each family and how much time is needed to wash six souls? Naturally, we refused! Then we approach at 10:10, for bracelets, they tell us, come back later. We sit at the reception! They call us at 11:00 and finally, after 2 hours they put on bracelets, but they say that the rooms will be ready only in an hour and again they repeat that the hotel is 100% full, but we can be accommodated in a double room!
Then we came back two more times and only at 13:30 they decided to settle us! And this is considering that in one of the families the child is 7 years old, and the second family is in the hotel for the second time!
But at the same time, during this time, we managed to populate two pairs of foreigners, within 20 minutes, as soon as they arrived!
As I later saw, the hotel was about 70% full!
The floor in the room was dirty, or rather, it has been empty for several days, and therefore it fell with dust!
We were not wearing the same bracelets as everyone else, since we are in the hotel for the second time, but when asked what they give us, they answered extra water in the room and bottled water in the bar! In fact, we later learned that they can be used in the lobby bar to take cocktails for free, those that cost 2 Euros.

Room: Nice, furniture in good condition, clean bed, everything works, two separate, small beds + extra. a place with wheels, but with a good orthopedic mattress. There is a safe.

In the room, once free of charge, upon check-in, they gave cola-fanta sprite beer, juices and fruits, for the fact that we arrived a second time.
Water, various teas, coffee and dry cream were replenished every day.

While we went to dinner, we brought two slippers and two bathrobes into the room.

Food: super, as before! Chef - great respect! There are a lot of types of dishes, any gourmet will find a dish to their liking. A lot of meat, always in the evening several types of dishes on the grill. Lots of vegetables, fruits, salads, sauces, spices. Great kids menu. Very nice bar on the beach, we always dined there. They make pizza, shawarma, beef and seafood burgers, hot dogs, vegetables, salads. There's also a great beach bar with great draft beers.

The hotel added a water park, though with cold water, another building and another pool with warm water and a bar.
The territory is clean, well-groomed, compact and comfortable.

Animation at the hotel smooths out all the negative impressions upon check-in. The guys are just great, from morning to evening they entertain vacationers with various events, but at the same time, so unobtrusively and delicately, plus in the evening every other day visiting artists and animators themselves arrange cool shows and dances in the main restaurant on the stage . .
