But the review is more about the service and the attitude towards guests is different everywhere. The first thing that killed it was food bracelets - they will be put on only after breakfast at 10 when the restaurant is closed, even if you arrive at 7 in the morning, you can’t eat, okay, check in at 12, but starving guests who are 12 hours on the road is redneck. A "type" hotel for Europeans and the first thing that is very noticeable is the attitude towards Ukrainian / Russian and towards Europeans... we were 2 families and believe you will be served last, first the Germans... but these are still flowers, there are individuals Ehab he is a pool bartender and Alina the hotelier, who distinguished themselves with a special attitude... The bartender can yell at the guests if he doesn’t like something, be rude and specifically to me - he shouted that he would pour me beer into a dirty glass where my husband put cigarette butts from Ikos (husband next was not) while there are no ashtrays anywhere! And I had nothing to do with this at all, but the bartender was a coward and didn’t say anything to my husband, but came to me and decided to win back, I couldn’t understand what was going on at all !! ! Let him rejoice that the cigarette butts were not lying in the flower beds!
In shock, I went to complain about such rudeness and humiliation. . . the hotelier Alina came (the only one, by the way, who speaks Russian! Everyone in the hotel only understands English! ) accepted the complaint and left. . . later she came and said that they had sorted it out and Ehab doesn't work here anymore! She apologized and gave dinner in a la carte... at the same time she brought a piece of paper to sign that the conflict was closed... I signed... and, lo and behold, the next day this HAM was again at the bar, in the lobby... Alina she lied to her face and did not blush, just to get a signature for the authorities!

I just flew home from this hotel, and I want to go back there again. This was my 5th vacation in Egypt and this hotel made the best impression. We arrived in the evening, but they waited for us and we were able to have more dinner, which was very nice. Also great table setting, only cloth napkins and glassware, felt like in a restaurant, not in the dining room) The settlement passed quickly, I immediately asked to change the room to the second floor and they did it without any problems.

Although the numbers are all about the same, I did not notice that somewhere worse and somewhere better. We were also lucky and we were given a room with a sea view, although at night we did not notice it)) No hints of tea from the staff, but this is the hotel where you yourself had a great desire to leave it.
Cleaning daily, Mohammed daily surprised new figures from towels and also brought us a gift of a fan and a circle)) The room is in good condition, maybe not the latest, but for a comfortable stay is enough, the safe is working. The room was also clean on arrival, the bed was clean and white.
The pool is large with heating, and in winter this is what is needed, the bar makes not bad cocktails, beer is poured from bottles, not bad enough. The wine is also quite tasty, despite the 10-liter tetrapack)) At the expense of other alcohol, it is, as everywhere, not ice at all.
The beach is huge, a bunch of free sunbeds, towels on the cards. It is not very hot in January, but you can sunbathe well. We had a strong wind for two days, then in those days you will not go into the sea. But the last 2 days of rest were great weather and the sea is quite warm, there was no discomfort to go to it. And the reef here is just incredible, my husband and I are not big connoisseurs of reefs, but were delighted.
The main tourists are from Germany, Poland, Italy and Ukraine.
There were also evening shows, quite interesting, the animators are trying. There is also a small gym. In the evening you can play table tennis or billiards, billiards for a fee (1 hour - $ 3).

At the reception we were greeted friendly, they gave a good room on the second floor. Both the hotel and the room are decorated in European style, comfortable, everything works, the furniture is not new, but in good condition. For a comfortable stay there is everything you need.
The territory is not large, 2 hotels together, but take a walk where there is. The greenery and pools are well looked after. Everywhere is clean. Outside, there is only desert.
Food: this is the strength of the hotel. Despite the fact that the hotel is 4 *, not 5 *, in terms of food it is one of the best in Marsa Alam, in my opinion. Very large selection of dishes and very tasty cooked.
Service: the hotel has excellent professional staff in all positions. The guys were polite and helpful, the rest was comfortable.
Animation in the hotel is present, whoever wants to, he will find entertainment to his liking, it will not be boring. I really enjoyed the live music at dinner.
Beach: large and clean, enough sunbeds, no need to borrow in the morning.
Sea: the pontoon is very long, up to 1 km, but for a healthy person after a high-quality plentiful meal, this is not a problem. The pontoon goes into the open sea, there is no bay as such. During the windy season, the sea is stormy, and you can’t swim. Whether you like coral and living creatures depends on what you have seen before and what you are comparing with. But there is something to see.
General impression of the rest: the hotel really liked the food and service. I can safely recommend.

I think the writing on the wall that we will get new towels immediately if we drop the old ones on the floor is really written here in this hotel for a reason!! ! Everything is very neat and well established in relation to the hotel to its customers. We really enjoyed our holiday!! ! So, we advise you to visit the Tulip resort.

The hotel itself is located 200 km from Hurghada, we arrived in 1 hour 40 minutes. The hotel is located in the middle of the desert, and the nearest settlement is only Elkuser, where they go on a sightseeing tour.
Service at the hotel and its decoration is 5, the territory is large, but there is little greenery. Its own beach with sun loungers and protective screens from the wind, there is always enough space for everyone. Two swimming pools, one of them heated.
The hotel is designed for Italians, Germans and Poles, there are very few Russians, the animation is all in Italian, but the animators are Russian girls, so it's not so boring.
A little bit about food: the buffet for 4.5 dishes is always varied, even in 2 weeks they didn’t have time to get bored, there were exotic seafood on the grill, there were also enough sweets. There were not so many fruits and the local wine is not very tasty, however, as elsewhere.
One big disadvantage of this hotel is that the pier from which you can swim is very long, about 900 meters, so by the time you get to it, you already want to swim. But you can also go from the shore, just splash in the water, small children will generally be fine. Swim shoes don't hurt either.
But in general, if you go and find fault with all sorts of little things, then it’s better to stay at home and not spoil the rest of others and yourself.

A little bit about food: the buffet for 4.5 dishes is always varied, even in 2 weeks they didn’t have time to get bored, there were exotic seafood on the grill, there were also enough sweets. There were not so many fruits and the local wine is not very tasty, however, as elsewhere.
One big disadvantage of this hotel is that the pier from which you can swim is very long, about 900 meters, so by the time you get to it, you already want to swim. But you can also go from the shore, just splash in the water, small children will generally be fine. Swim shoes don't hurt either.
But in general, if you go and find fault with all sorts of little things, then it’s better to stay at home and not spoil the rest of others and yourself.
