Always before going to a hotel, I read reviews and am horrified by what nasty things they write about hotels. But after I got to "Lotus Bay"... - IT'S HORROR, HORROR, HORROR!!!!!!!!
The hotel area is beautiful, the sea, corals, everything is there. But I'd rather start from the beginning!
When we arrived at the hotel, we were blown away! At the Reception no one speaks Russian, only German and quite a bit of English! Arriving at the hotel earlier than 12.00 we were told, you want a room already $ 10. Since there were 4 of us, we needed 2 rooms. One number was given immediately, and the second was given to be pumped over, since the second was not ready. The room, that one, that the other was from the very edge of the hotel, there was a srach all around and some kind of booth was buzzing nearby, but we went into the room almost inaudibly. We turned on the air conditioner - an hour later a lake formed in our room, and at the entrance to the bath, we had to go through a waterfall (the air conditioner flowed! ). Okay, let's go for a walk. Came to the beach and freaked out! There are boats right on the beach, ropes from boats are stretched across the entire beach (in the water). there are corals, I do not argue! We think okay! Let's go to lunch! This is where it ends!! ! PEOPLE!!! ! RUSSIANS!!!! UKRAINIANS!!!!! I don't know if you, like me, always read terrible reviews, you won't believe it, but I ask you if you want to relax, don't just go there!!!!!! ! The hotel was built mainly for the Germans! If you speak Russian, they won't even give you water in the restaurant!! ! You will just be ignored! The ALL system includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. during the meal, the entire staff pretends not to see or hear you, so that you will have nothing to drink! I didn't manage to drink water during my stay in this hotel! Not to mention alcohol! The staff says that your ALL includes only their beer and wine. when at RECEPCION I DEMANDED A SIGN WHAT WE HAVE INCLUDED, HE LOOKED FOR A LONG TIME AND GIVED WHERE IT WAS WRITTEN ON THE TOP "FOR THE RUSSIANS". That was the point!!! ! We called the guide and said we want to change hotel! the guide was a terrible boor!!!!!!!! ! he had such an expression on his face....and such surprise !! ! How it is? In all his work here, we are the first who wanted to move!! ! With a surcharge the next day we moved to a nearby hotel. I will not do advertising, so that no one thinks anything, I will write about him on his page. but the hotel is super. Its only minus is animation.
