Until I called the Tez Tour office in Hurghada, all the staff ignored me, almost sent me to a request to change the room, because it fills the bath, I'm sorry, with shit and that the child can fall and break his head. Dear those wishing to relax in the Lotus, if you do not pay attention to the pig attitude of the staff, namely from the reception, then you can have a wonderful day. Gorgeous clean beach, the water is clear, be sure to take your goggles and snorkel in order to admire the corals and fish, there is a problem with drinking water (for Russian tourists) so it is recommended to buy a couple of bottles of water at Hurghada airport, the food is also normal, meat, fish, pasta , vegetables, of course, it is better for children not to give their sausages and salads seasoned with mayonnaise. Very beautiful territory, there is a pool for children, children's playground. The entrance to the sea is sandy, which is great for kids. The entertainment program is rather weak, but we did not get bored, you can participate in the contests "Miss Hotel" and "Mr. Hotel" and get a lot of positive emotions. Special thanks to the animators Biko, Luna and Simba are great guys, my son was delighted. We went on excursions: "Paradise Island", "Singing Fountains" and "Bathyscaphe". If you and your children recommend the Bathyscaphe, a boat with a transparent bottom, you will see all the splendor of coral reefs and their inhabitants. Chat, meet and enjoy the sea and the sun. And in general Lotus for families and for the elderly, quietly measured and calm. There are no noisy discos and entertainment until dawn, so there is nothing for young people who want to have a good time. In general, the hotel is healthy. Have a nice holiday : )
