We rested with a family with a child and friends from 08/17/2019 to 08/30/2019. A total of 13 nights and 14 days paid. This hotel was recommended to us. Therefore, we were calm in some matters, as we had information. We arrived early, and of course we didn't get breakfast. But they didn't count. Paid 20 dollars for choosing a room and waited. It was very difficult for a 4.5-year-old child to wait more than 3 hours. Wristbands were put on only before the actual settlement in the room.
Very nice people worked at the reception. They just had to get different information, including about the Internet. When we were escorted to the room, they quickly put a cot for the child. Both employees received their tips. Then we went to lunch at a common restaurant. It is in the same building as the reception, breakfasts and lunches are held there. Everything was wonderful. Drinks were served by very friendly people, for which they received their tips. You take food yourself.
Dinners are held in an open-air restaurant. But it's still not hot, it's nice.

On the very first evening, the first huge disappointment awaited me and my whole family. We took a table from a waiter named Atef. His colleague asked us what we would drink? While I was making an order for five, this Atef wedged in between us and began to be rude to me. He said about my bad English and how I was taking up their precious time. It turns out they have a lot of work without me. I'm just shocked! As a result, the whole evening I caught other people's eyes condemning me and watched. I saw him share tips with his management.
As a result, when my husband asked for a glass of wine for me, they demanded a dollar from him. And at the end of the evening, Atef almost brought a woman with a child, who came with us, to tears. She just asked for 2 bottles of water, which they didn't want to give. I understand this is the principle - "All inclusive". Of course, I didn’t go to complain, because they have such impunity. Women are second-rate material for many. This is how our vacation began.
I certainly didn't have an appetite after only three more days. We avoided this man for two weeks. And everything was great! Got a great, friendly and efficient waiter. It was enough just to approach him and he himself found a table for us and delivered the appliances. The food was quite monotonous, managed to get bored already on the fifth day. But there was always something to eat the most important thing for a child. For breakfast, eggs (fried / boiled), buns, pancakes with various jams, milk with cereals, fruits, yogurts. Tea, coffee, drinks (Sprite, Cola, Fanta, Schweppes) no problem.
Lunch and dinner differed mainly in the place. Always two kinds of soups, meat (beef and / or chicken), fish (pangasius / mackerel), potatoes, pasta (pasta was cooked separately). Fresh vegetables (you can eat like this, or you can make a salad yourself, sometimes salads), always olives. There were baked vegetables, stewed and grilled. In the evening there were crabs twice (completely empty and smelling bad). Desserts - little choice. Fruits - oranges, bananas, guava, melon, pears. Three types usually. The food is quite fresh - the child is fine. You add the rest yourself (salt, pepper, sauces).
The plates were not always clean. But I hoped that they were normally treated with some kind of disinfectant. At the entrance to the main restaurant there was a hand sanitizer dispenser. The toilet behind the reception is far away. Therefore, the opportunity to wash hands was limited. But we took our disinfectants with us.

Rooms were cleaned daily, including changing towels and throwing out trash. After a few tips, we stopped replenishing soap and shower gel. I had to borrow from neighbors. Then, of course, the tip ended. Apparently a dollar every day or every other day is not enough for them. But for us, such cleaning was not a problem. Our child is neat enough, so... The room was also on the second floor. Very convenient - both the balcony and the front door were locked. It was convenient to control the child.
The sink was leaking all the time, but we didn't complain. Just use it more carefully. The water is always hot, there is practically no pressure. With difficulty, but you could quickly wash yourself and wash the child. Fridge is old but works fine. TV, though covered in dust, but also nothing. We turned it on a couple of times. The air conditioner is old, with its bells and whistles, but we found a program that we used all the time. Everything suited us. Pillows are terribly prickly, hard. Sleeping on them is unrealistic.
The beach is far away, but it is beautiful. It was difficult to find someone and ask for a sunbed and mattress. We did everything ourselves. Not a problem! Beach towels are always clean. The sea is amazing! We bought masks and swam to look at the fish. Very diverse underwater world. Everyone is delighted! The child has his own mask. There were so many emotions every time! Coral slippers are needed. There are places that are clean, without corals, but even there you can cut your foot on a stone. The sea is not deep. This is great for kids. The second week there were strong waves. Twice threw a lot of jellyfish on the beach and closer to the beach. Some adults were even bitten. But everyone is alive and well. It's just unpleasant. No one has been contacted about this.
On the beach beer and drinks - take yourself. There are buns. For the first week, the boy prepared very beautiful and tasty non-alcoholic cocktails with orange or lime for the children. Children are delighted! Then this boy was transferred to the pool. Everyone ran there for cocktails. Animation on the beach class! The guys unobtrusively offered to participate in something (darts, bocha, beach volleyball, etc. ). These same guys held children's animation in the evening. We really liked it. Yes, it is monotonous and short (as someone wrote in their review), but my child liked to watch, and in the second week she even dared to go out and participate. Very friendly guys. And adult animation is quite diverse, given that many come only for 7 days. Separately, I want to note the employee of the Kids Club. We are delighted with her. Very pleasant and friendly. We even left the baby for a couple of hours with her without any worries. Daughter is delighted!

We went on excursions. I really liked the oceanarium, the bathyscaphe, the yacht trip and the water park. I would like to go to Luxor, but the child will not endure the road. It is better to buy trips from Jamaica (on the beach or near the restaurant). We bought (despite the fact that we knew about Jamaica) from the tour. And regretted it several times. Don't make our mistakes! At the tour, only Luxor is possible.
We did a lot of shopping in local shops. The nicest Sasha in Grisha's store. Always bargaining, always friendly. He (actually like others) can have something on order. Therefore, it is better not to buy oils and sweets in the so-called factories and branded stores. It's much more expensive there.
Check out was at 12 noon. Everything seems to be good. Fast. We were asked to fill out a feedback form. Basically the hotel is good. But the last days we got sick with vomiting and all the consequences. Complaints can only be on the cleanliness of the dishes. And once again I saw how Arab children yearned for dry breakfasts with their hands. So no one is safe.
At 13.00 there should be lunch. The departing mothers decided to feed their children. Apparently 10 minutes before the opening of the restaurant, they asked to go there. And the children were kindly admitted. In addition, this day was paid for by everyone. And then, where did this Atef come from, he began to yell at everyone and drove them out. My child was scared, the rest were upset. What's the attitude? And it's clearly not the first time this has happened. And nobody can do anything. I'm shocked! One man ruins everything with his behavior! What for?
I went to their restaurant management to complain about this bestial attitude. Let them be aware. Atef stood and mockingly smiled, and their leadership stood indifferent. When I asked what measures would be applicable to him, they did not answer me. I'm shocked? I was asked for forgiveness by people with an ideal reputation, who had nothing to do with all this at all. And nobody else needs anything. So we left with a firm conviction that there is no justice there and any rudeness will go unpunished!
