The sea was different, and transparent, and the water with milk, very beautifully shines under the water. There was no storm, no big waves, no flag was seen at all. The water was cooler than usual for this time of year, but it always floated for just as long and never froze. There is no coral reef nearby, but there are living coral islands and many small fish, I saw new fish every day, big fish also swim up to 1 m, but this is closer to the buoys and behind the buoys.
And most importantly, every day we swam with turtles, mostly with one or two in one swim, I was delighted! Turtles are different, I counted 4 or 5 different ones. Three times I saw stingrays, once a huge “wing span” of more than two meters swam above the turtle. Several times I spotted gray moray eels grazing in a field with grass next to corals, and many times I saw cuttlefish swimming in a row.
ACCOMMODATION: the room is good, spacious, bright, clean. The mattress is firm but comfortable. The bathroom is large, there was hot water around the clock, the water pressure was good, there were shower gel, shampoo, and soap from cosmetics. Cleaning is good, upon request. They always left $ 1 for a tip, they played swans, elephants, boats, etc. for us.
FOOD: very good for my taste, thanks to the chef, it's a pity that he never went out into the hall, as in the second hotels (or maybe we didn't see it). At lunch and in the evening, fish, chicken, meat in stock, i. e.
prepared differently every day. Side dishes - potatoes, rice, pasta are also prepared in different ways, that is, the food is not tired. Vegetables, salads. Of the fruits during the rest were guava, melon, pomegranate, dates, figs, grapes, orange, persimmon. Pastries in the morning are varied and delicious. But I didn’t like pies and cakes, mostly biscuits. I love puff and sand, but there were very few of them and only by the opening of the restaurant, but probably it's for the best - I didn't get fat.

MINUSES:
There are no normal juices in the bar on the beach, there is only a type of yupa, that is, solid chemistry, I really missed it on the beach.
Weak entertainment program in the evenings, the same all days, at 8 pm a children's disco, then a girl dances a belly dance, and then a young man twists skirts, and that's all.
I turn to the administration, it is possible, and the necessary program for at least 5-6 days, every day for the arrival (7 days) is different.
Another disadvantage is that there is not a single Ukrainian TV channel.

In the evenings, waiters occupy tables for paying customers, so it takes a long time to look for a table immediately after the start of dinner, once the senior hall manager had to make a wow, so they vacated the table in a second. This phenomenon is also present in Makada - Bay, where mostly Germans. In Hurghada and Sharm, we did not observe this. I appeal to the administration, teach your waiters, especially the older one, at least to say hello for free and not to pretend not to see. And I don't need their artificial grin. Of course, this does not apply to everyone, there were those who greeted and smiled naturally, but they were few.
I want to say a few words about the tour operator. The TEZ-tour, as always, is on top, convenient and almost without rescheduling the departure time (postponed by 1 hour). A well-organized excursion to Abu Simbel, discovered a completely different Egypt - Nubia, very interesting, thank you! One minus, at night it is very cold in the minibus, we caught a little cold, the necessary climate control system.
In general, in a nutshell - I recommend the hotel!

Rested in this hotel for 8 days, the main advantage of the hotel is the first line, from Hurghada transfer taking about an hour. At first we decided that we were unlucky, we thought it would be noisy, the windows do not overlook the sea, but in the end we were more than satisfied, there is no noise, there are two steps to the sea, the only thing is that it is far from the restaurant, but we need a short walk before and after eating was just handy. The room itself is the most ordinary, you can find fault with cleaning, not everything is perfect, but not so significant, overall not bad. Of the minuses - in the shower there is no very hot water, there is only warm. Air conditioning is good but very noisy. Only two sockets, but you can ask for a tee. Safe only at the reception.
Then the beach and entry into the sea: there are also reefs where you can swim with a mask, look at the fish, admire the beauty of the sea and a sandy place where you can swim without fear of stepping on any living creatures. As for the infrastructure of the beach, there were no questions: there are always free sunbeds with mattresses, huge umbrellas, fences and everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
Everything is fine in the restaurant, at lunch and dinner there is always a choice of beef, chicken and fish, a lot of vegetables, but not enough fruit, maybe we were just out of season, at least there were always dates. The devices are sterilized and individually wrapped. The waiters are very polite and pleasant, as are the rest of the staff.
As for the animation, it may seem to someone that it is not enough, but we had enough of everything. You can always play games on the beach, every day aerobics, waterball and aquagym in the pool, in the evening during dinner Mini disco for children (children's program is quite short), and periodically various traditional shows, very cool!

Adel, the bartender at the beach bar - fire! The most pleasant and does its job at 200%! We didn’t have time to come up, he already makes the drink we need, treats us to coffee and makes the atmosphere there as inviting and comfortable as possible.
Also, I want to say that people who offer pigtails, excursions, restaurants on the beach are usually a little arrogant, BUT NOT IN THIS CASE! I would like to say a huge thank you to Samy. He will always show and tell the truth on excursions, offer the best and most interesting options, and in general a very pleasant person who will support any conversation. He also sits in the lobby of the hotel at lunchtime.

Unfortunately, I forgot the name, the waiter with glasses (he is the only one there) and the worker with him next to Ismail make the food even tastier with their presence. The bartender at Cactus - Tito, will make your evening even more enjoyable. Also, by chance, met with the executive directors of the hotel. Always smile, ask how the vacation is, is everything okay.

Firstly, this is the sea, a huge sandy beach, there is a slightly rocky entrance, there is clean sand, which is very important when relaxing with a child. We swam without special shoes. There is a small home coral reef where you can see fish, there is a local turtle. Secondly - excellent food, a lot of meat dishes, delicious desserts, decent alcohol, especially beer. This is the first hotel I visited where the restaurant staff helps to take food to the room, packs it in foil, which is very important for us, because the child loves to eat on the beach and at home. The waiter Atif brought fruits for our daughter, figs and mangoes, every day he pleased us with new Russian expressions). Thirdly, outdoor dining, we could finally sit quietly and enjoy dinner while the child plays in the playground on the illuminated beach. I really liked the unobtrusive animation. We enjoyed visiting all the entertainment offered.
Special thanks to animator Ahmed who was able to connect with our non-verbal 5 year old. My daughter happily ran to the children's disco, recognized the animator on the beach and pulled his pen). My husband went to volleyball, and I went to morning exercises and water aerobics. In the evening there were entertainment events on the stage and on the beach, which are standard for all hotels, and probably karaoke was arranged twice especially for Russian-speaking visitors). Organized a trip to a night disco for young people. Cleaning is the same as in all hotels, superficial, most importantly - sheets, towels and the floor are clean. The restaurant is clean, individual packages with cutlery.
The staff is mostly English-speaking, but many are happy to start learning Russian, although they understand the main questions perfectly. For a small surcharge, they helped to choose a room, in accordance with our requirements, with a view of the garden, the sea and not far from the restaurant. Many write that the reception is ancient and not presentable, for me this place has a special homely feel. After breakfast and lunch, my daughter lay down on the sofa, and we could safely surf the Internet, although the Internet is not very good), but we didn’t go for this and minor flaws did not affect the overall impression. Near the hotel there is a shop where you can order and buy fruit.
There is no better place for a relaxing family holiday. We will definitely be back again!

Therefore, you will either close the window with dirty curtains, or you will look through a dirty, unwashed window for several years (not to be unfounded, I am attaching a photo). And in addition, you will "enjoy" the nasty smell of the air conditioner. Lizards, bugs and other living creatures can come to visit you through the cracks in the doors. If we get lucky)

Nice calm hotel. Check-in is fast and without asking for money. The dining room has delicious and fresh food. The service is very good. The rooms are clean.
