We lived in the main building on the 3rd floor, the renovation of the 1st and 2nd floors was carried out all the time of rest with the corresponding consequences (noise, dust, smell). After the construction, the cleaning was not of high quality, the dust was not completely removed even in the room, not to mention the common areas. The furniture in the rooms is new, the design is good, the picture is just class, but upon closer inspection, everything is not so. . . Tips do not help!!!
The Internet should be in the room and it seems to be there, only it turned out to connect to it from 20 times, the speed is only for instant messengers. At the reception, everything is much better.

The hotel is planning to officially open only in August 2019, now there is a marathon. One day there was a commission on the reception of the hotel, that day, everything was 5 stars, the staff worked as expected, at least the kitchen was very noticeable!!!
The Russian language at the hotel is understood only by two people, one at the reception, the second bartender on Mustafa beach.
When checking in, they said that breakfast is from 6 to 10, in fact it is from 7, dinner is until 23.00, in fact it is until 22.00. There is no children's table. Upon check-in, they ripped off the bribe, under the pretext that if the view from the room is good, pay extra, there is no money for a view of the wall of the neighboring hotel.
In general, the most important reason why they came is the sea and the beach.
So to the place where you can swim from the number 500 meters no less, and along the pier 350 meters, if you go from the shore, then you get tired of walking to the bay if the water has not left, and as luck would have it, it leaves almost every day from the very morning until evenings. The bottom of the corals, the entrance is only in shoes. The bay is not colorful, the corals are dead, but the fish swim. The pier of the neighboring Tropitel hotel, there are 20 sun loungers on the pier, are constantly busy, so you had to swim from the pier and sunbathe on the beach.
The beach equipment is new, but there are no showers and cabins on the beach. They saved the pools in the hotel, there are 6-7 of them, but they were allowed to swim in them only until 19.00, then everyone is kicked out. The staff will not allow you to frolic with children in the pool.
There is a children's room, but the air hockey stands without a canopy under the sun, there is no puck; football indoors access to it on schedule, no ball either; there is billiards, cues are all finished and broken; there is a table tennis table, but we have never seen rackets.
