We were at the hotel for 13 days from 06/29/2019 to 07/01/2019. The hotel was chosen by itself according to the reviews and information that I could collect. In Egypt 7 times. Rested 2 adults and 2 children (2.6 and 8 years old). We arrived around 8 am and went for breakfast. The first thing I liked about the scrambled eggs was no queue. After breakfast after 40 minutes they settled until 14:00 did not wait. They gave me a 2-room suite. The tip hinted at a good number a good tip. I limited myself to $5. I will not repeat in the reviews the food is not bad, but in 2 weeks we felt the difference when there were few people and when the entire hotel was almost occupied. The variety of seafood and their issuance differed significantly. We are very pleased with the hotel, it can be seen that they are trying and every day something has changed. There are a lot of positive staff. Special thanks to the animators Sonic and MO. You are great. I also wanted to say thanks to the cleaner who cleaned our room 1529. A very modest and unobtrusive guy, which is rare for Egypt. All the minuses that vacationers voiced the staff always tried to solve. Even when there were not enough sunbeds by the pool, they brought them from the beach. As for the sea, it was hard for me with 2 children to go by sea to the lagoon in order to take a dip, given that the youngest is constantly in my arms. And the pier is also not very convenient and far away. The pier is really at least 350 meters and you still have to walk to it, and take towels, a circle and a child in your arms, then you won’t even want to swim. When the tide is high, you can take a dip from the shore, but even then not always, and the water near the shore is like boiling water. For adults, it's completely normal. It is very cool to swim in the lagoon and you can reach the bottom there.
