We are currently staying at this hotel. The hotel is really new, but... there are nuances.
Upon arrival, they settled in an hour, which is tolerable for Egypt (arrived at 6 am).
The room is almost clean, with a good view, but....The towel dryer falls off in the bathroom, the sink is clogged, water leaks from the shower onto the bathroom floor. The mini bar is replenished only when it is 100% used. They may not change / report towels.
Bar on the beach. The glasses are dirty, the tables are wiped once a day, there are a lot of leftover food on the floor and chairs, stains, etc. The staff is rude and greyhound. When trying to make a remark that dirty cups and a request to pour into a bottle - it was refused. Defiantly poured into a dirty glass. In general, even if you ask to pour something into a shaker / bottle, you will be refused and forced to drink from a dirty glass.

Beach. The sea is not. The beach is dirty, there is a lot of dirt on the sand, gobies, glasses and bottles can lie for days. Sheds for chaiselongues are not thought out, you need to try to catch the shade with two sunbeds under a small triangular canopy.
Now about pluses. The only plus of this hotel is the cleanest main restaurant serving delicious and I would say varied food.
Conclusion. If you are a fan of delicious food and drink from dirty dishes in a bar on the beach, while lying on the beach with a bunch of gobies and glasses - you are here.
