Traveled with my husband in early December. From the first minutes, I was pleased with the hotel, the friendliness of the staff + wet towels + a refreshing drink at the entrance to the hotel - bribed immediately. They settled quickly and without bribes, immediately offered an improved room for a surcharge, we refused and went to our no worse room without surcharges. . . High level hotel. . . The first time we met in Egypt, the kitchen is generally without soy, always natural meat and the variety of choices plunges into a stupor! Attaching photo.... Every evening + all kinds of seafood.... Staff trained! With us, there were 2 situations in the main restaurant: the first time the girl, getting up from the table, smashed the plate to smithereens, then 2 waiters came running and shouting "Don't steal" and "Are you okay" they began to clean up everything without making a shadow of a complaint, but the second case in general - one lady managed to fill up a hill of shrimp and in shock she herself began to collect them, the waiters also ran up with the first question "did you get hurt? " and quickly removed everything and built a new slide.... There were many similar cases, there are no forces to describe everything. . . Although I’ll tell you one case - some Europeans, while relaxing by the pool, managed to forget their passports + 700 Euros on the loungers, the staff handed over the find to the reception and the vacationers called the room and asked to go down and pick up their things.... We were told that honesty and safety in the hotel is its main feature. I don’t know about the money, they didn’t check it from my own experience, but they freely threw things both on the beach and by the pool, everything is whole !! ! And more.... For us, the quality of food was extremely important, because my husband has a weak stomach and the last time we returned from Egypt with a terrible disorder, so in this hotel the emphasis is on bottled water, all oud is prepared only on the basis of bottled water - we returned in full health and great mood. All liked it!!! !
