The hotel looks very good, but it is located one of the last in the Sal Hasheesh area, from Hurghada itself it takes about 25 minutes to go to it, there is no public transport. There is also no infrastructure around at all.
The contingent was 40% local.
Food and bars are good, although in Turkey it was much tastier.
Entertainment during the day is standard, but in the evenings they sang local mourning songs for half the evenings - it’s terribly boring, it’s like someone is being buried, but there is nowhere to go out of the hotel ((
The service is twofold, some of the staff are excellent, and some are complete scumbags, in a couple of days they learned how to behave with someone.
A guide from JoinUP named Ali is a rare "eccentric". He tried insolently to force everyone to write him receipts stating that if we do not take excursions from him, we refuse insurance. Intimidated by the tourist police and the fact that they might not be allowed out of Egypt . .

There was also an unpleasant story with the room - I took Sea View specifically so that they would not give a room overlooking a construction site or a neighboring hotel. As a result, I go into the room - and the view of the neighboring hotel is just below the children's pool with screams, the view of the sea is covered by a solid wall. He returned to the reception, said that he did not intend to settle in this horror, to which he received the answer: "There are no other rooms, we don't know anything. " 10 minutes of communication in very raised voices - we found a room, not Sea View, but Pool View (internal pools), but it was already much better (they waited for the room from 8 am to 3 pm). Although it still turned out to be two separate beds instead of one, a broken balcony lock, a broken shelf in the closet, a dirty bathroom and, in general, the whole room was like building dust. I asked to put it in order, reminded me twice - in the end they wiped everything themselves, repaired the balcony and the shelf.
By the way, there was no need to pay extra for transfers from the hotel, this is rare for Sal Hasheesh hotels.
I absolutely do not recommend the hotel!
