The hotel was chosen on the recommendation of friends. In the final we settled on Royal Grand Charm 5* and Grand Oasis 4*. The choice in favor of the latter fell, not least in the hope of a recent renovation, such as so as not to be distracted by trifles due to falling apart furniture, fungus in the bathrooms, etc. And the hotel was pleased.

Clean, fresh, spacious room and bathroom. All the rooms that we happened to visit as guests, and these are: from the Fort Sizens side (left) on the first and second floors, and from the side of the uninhabited hotel (right) on the 3rd floor - they are all almost identical and of the same volume, with the same furniture and the same type of bathrooms. The difference was noticed only in the different location of the bathroom relative to the entrance to the room and, accordingly, the location of the furniture in the room, but not in the volume and condition of the rooms.

Almost impeccable cleanliness on the territory, where one could often see staff licking the already well-groomed territory, cutting the already neat crowns of trees, bushes, grass... I was even surprised.
Appeals to the reception were resolved without any tension: 1) about a slammed safe and 2) a non-working remote control from Led TV 32 inches in the room (they watched the captured video through TV). The girl at the reception was pleasant (which is rare), who always smiled sweetly.
I can’t tell you about Wi-Fi at the hotel, because we decided not to risk it and bought a SIM card from Vodafone at the airport.
The same and negative: while visiting the dining room and applying sweets, reaching for the next ones (there was something like a biscuit), a girl of 9 years old who happened to be nearby warned: do not take it (they have already tried it). Doubting, I had to consciously separate a small piece for testing, and, nevertheless, my wife and I were convinced that it was obviously sour and smelly, it was impossible to eat. Fortunately, this is the only case and we will write it off as an absurd accident. Otherwise, in the dining room, a wide selection of dishes is quite satisfactory, there were always melons, bananas, oranges, less often pomegranates and grapes, and a very pleasant local persimmon. I don’t see the point in listing everything, everyone will find for themselves according to their preferences. Also in the dining room, the staff immediately maintains cleanliness and order.
Animation and animators almost did not notice, maybe through their own fault.
All three pools are located in the center of the hotel, two of which - medium and small (children's) - were heated.
We were also very pleased with the sea and the reef... as always. A bunch of underwater world filmed on video... There is a short pontoon on the beach, to the left of which, on a small patch, you can also splash with kinders near the shore.
As for 4 * - very even.
