In my review, I will try to objectively describe the hotel without emotions.
Sorry if it doesn't work. : )
We (4 girls) rested in this "hotel" for two whole weeks. The choice was made on it because of its location - it is located in the very center of Naama Bay (opposite KFC, right behind the shopping arcade) and reasonable prices. I have been in Egypt for the fifth time. Before that, there were excellent hotels Concorde Sport, Sheraton (2 times) and Days Inn Gafy with an excellent animation team (after the change of boss, the guys moved to another hotel). Each hotel had its drawbacks, but I have not seen such a "full tuna" anywhere else. In order:

1. View from the room - the windows overlook either the garbage heap or the hotel courtyard. All the rooms are old, the furniture is shabby, everything is very neglected (despite the assurances of the staff that the hotel is 1 year old). Well, I don’t know, maybe they didn’t clean there for a whole year and ordered exclusively second-hand furniture.
You can also forget about the pool - a puddle in the yard.
2. Food - just a fairy tale (despite the identity of the menu, this is not the worst thing). We didn’t go to breakfast, but what we didn’t eat for lunch (chicken or fish in batter) was served as chicken or fish with vegetables and for dinner. Alcoholic drinks on the "all inclusive" system only at the reception and only until 22-00. We order 4 beers. Waiting 10 min. Then another 10. Nerves on edge. Reordered several times. Managed to make friends with all the flies. Then it turned out that now they do not have beer and he sent a janitor to a nearby store to buy it. No comments.
3. The beach is a swamp. It's called Wind. It is located just behind the Helnan Marina beach (about 10 minutes walk). By itself, the beach with sunbeds and umbrellas - tolerable. But the sea. . . Our Dnieper is cleaner. Doesn't smell like fish. The washer is terrible. We went for £.30 to Viva Beach.
4. Service - this is really the worst thing. I'll start with towels. On the 5th day, we doubted that we were changing them. Usually, if you throw towels on the floor, it means that you ask them to be replaced with clean ones. In this hotel, they don’t understand hints, they pick them up and hang them back (we made cuts on purpose in different places). After the scandal, they asked to bring clean ones, which they simply did not have (they brought us beach towels and obviously not the first freshness). The next day we waited for the cleaner (to personally verify). The boy came out to clean about 50 rooms with 10 clean towels (at least 4 towels per room are required).
Any request is fulfilled on the second attempt, because the boys from the reception have other things to do (for example, making eyes for tourists and, if you're lucky, dragging elderly foreigners).

And now the most interesting. We somehow go to bed at about 5 am after a disco, and I wake up at 6-30 from an incomprehensible smell in the room. When I open my eyes, I realize that the whole room is covered in black smoke. All windows were locked and the air conditioner worked. Coming to my senses after a dream and looking in the mirror, I see black stripes all over my face and black nostrils. Waking up my sister, I see similar stripes on her face. It turns out that the air conditioner broke down and the wiring began to smoke. I'm afraid to even imagine what could happen in a couple of hours. Of course, they changed our number and the general manager apologized, but what do we do with it. We could just not wake up.
Our vacation was just wonderful and this is only our merit. That's just left a residue of a terrible hotel. No more foot there!! ! We value life more.
