In May 2011, I rested with my husband in Sharm el-Sheikh for 2 weeks. The hotel is terrible. Although it is worth 4 stars, you can safely throw out 2 stars. The rooms are dirty, although they were cleaned every day. They just swept the floors, for all 2 weeks they never washed. Once, a vacationer spilled Coca-Cola, so this stain has not yet been removed. Dust is everywhere. I was surprised that the reception desk was covered in dust. I was even afraid to sit on the sofa, I raised the pillow, it was a column of dust. The bathroom in the room is a separate conversation. The bathroom is dirty, even yellow. I washed in her slippers. The shower itself barely poured, if there are three jets, it's already good !! ! Hairdryer there in the form of a vacuum cleaner. The view is terrible. It means that there is a pool in the yard, so they cleaned it twice and that's it! The last time they cleaned the pool, they just left the hose, and it lay for another week. Apparently for visibility. The poolside chairs are dirty. For 2 weeks they have never been wiped. 5 times I asked to wipe the sunbeds, only after my screams, they bothered to wipe only on one side. In the evening, the hotel area was dying. The pools were not illuminated. Music didn't play. Somehow they asked to turn it on, so they turned on their Egyptian music, and one song, so this song played all day and all evening. The indignation knew no bounds. Bar, so no! We had All Inclusive, hence unlimited drinks. This hotel is different! In the morning the bar is closed, you can get drunk at breakfast, and you can go without water until 11 o'clock in the afternoon. The bar on the beach opens at 11 o'clock. In the evening, a bar opens on site (inside). Open until 23:00. Late for 1 minute, everything is not poured, even cold water! By the way, THEY DO NOT BRING WATER IN BOTTLES TO THE ROOM, YOU NEED TO GO TO THE BAR YOURSELF, STAND IN LINE, AND IF YOU DID NOT HAVE TIME, GO TO THE ROOM WITHOUT WATER!! ! Bar staff mean, rude! The first 3 days of our stay at the hotel, they poured us into glass glasses, then they began to pour them into glasses from under Coca-Cola. There are no ashtrays. The drinks themselves are diluted with water. There are no juices! The food itself in the hotel is poor. Although there is a buffet, but there is no choice. It is simply impossible to recover in this hotel! I must say right away that from fruits it was necessary to give only melons in limited quantities. They just weren't enough. . There were few desserts, only puffs of two kinds. They also have limited tea. Personally, I like to drink tea, I pour three small mugs, they don’t have others, so they then say that “THE MUCH TEA”, toothpicks count. You simply won’t see them on the table, they are in the pockets of the staff, which they give out against the bill. The only plus of this hotel is the proximity of the sea, the guide and the fact that this hotel is located in the city center with the Naama Bay pedestrian street. Beach own. The beach itself is dirty. But on the first line. And they have a great guide. His name is Amar. Lives in the hotel, so he is always there. He will tell you everything, show you, give good discounts. In general, a good person! Only because of him you can come again to this hotel. But I would not advise others to go to this hotel, even if they offer a low price. By the way, there is no animation in this hotel. There is no volleyball, although there is a volleyball net. There is no children's room. So don't go with kids!
