Went with a friend to Amar Sina in January for 7 nights, 8 days. I'll start with the tour operator ANEX TOUR. We flew in, met when it came to the luggage that needed to be put in the luggage compartment (we had a heavy suitcase for two), the driver pretended to be very busy (sitting and smoking), in the end we had to put it ourselves. When we drove to the hotel, the Guide was talking on the phone halfway, then, probably, remembering her duties, she began to tell us about Sharm El Sheikh. We arrived at the hotel, she didn’t even say a word about us, so that they would give us a normal room, leaving, she made an appointment for us the next day so that we could ask her the accumulated questions and possible problems. The next day, by agreement, we waited for her at the reception and not only did she not come, not on that day, not for the entire period of our stay, she did not even call us. We put our things and we were asked to sit down for 5 minutes, wait for them to be taken to the room, in the end we sat for 30-40 minutes!!! ! What made us very angry. They came to the room, checked everything, everything worked, BUT in the bathroom the ceiling, as if it would collapse at any moment, the refrigerator of the 80s, with a broken shelf, the TV is old, it shows only 1 channel well, there are no Russian ones at all. The furniture is old but solid. Sewerage around the room. There are no euro-sockets, but then they brought it at our request. And everyone who came in asked if the number suits us or not, in short, everyone works to extort money! The bed is changed, towels too, even every day, but the dust was obviously not washed. There are no animations, it was very boring, there were practically no young people. There was only one disco, in a small room where it was very stuffy. In the evenings they arrange entertainment, for an additional fee, but every time everything is the same, belly dancing, skirts, etc. None of the staff speaks Russian, but everyone actively pesters. Everyone asks how you are, what your name is, holds out a hand (just imagine, you are eating, they give you a hand, in short there is no culture at all), which is VERY annoying. A free minibus goes to the sea, the earliest at 10.10, it was too late for us and we had to take a taxi, they ask for 3 or 2 dollars, in the end you agree for 1. The sunbeds are next to each other, 6 hotels are attached to one beach !!! ! The sea is wonderful, it is considered the best beach, because there are corals nearby. Probably, which is very pleased, it's good food. True, all drinks are for a fee. Only in the morning tea, coffee and lemonade (free of charge). The day before departure, I myself wrote an SMS to the guide, only in this way we found out the exact time of departure. This time the driver left us luggage, we didn’t even ask him about it)))) But when we arrived at the airport, he forgot about it again)))) We had such a vacation.
