Hello. I want to express my deep gratitude to the staff of the Amar Sina Hotel. I will not list the names, because EVERYTHING!! ! great respect to the staff. The holiday was 100% successful.

Settlement.

We arrived early, around 10 am. They settled us immediately, but first they took us to room 132. Seeing this number, we asked if there is a better one. In response, misunderstanding and silence. We just stood there and were silent. The first nerves failed the boy-porter. He called someone. A minute later a man came and took us to room 250. Room overlooking the pool, spacious, clean and tidy. There were many lamps, but the light was rather weak. There was enough light in the bathroom. Hot water is constantly at any time of the day with good pressure. The TV set broadcast 4 channels, 2 of them in Russian (Channel 8 and RTR-Planeta). The signal is excellent. During our stay at the hotel, towels were changed, but the swans were not spun (we didn’t need it), and the beds were neatly made.
Swimming pool.
Unheated pool, clean. We didn't swim there. There were about 10 sun loungers around the pool. They were almost always occupied. The music is quiet and unobtrusive. We did not see the pool bar and animators working.
Beach.
The hotel has two beaches. One is sandy in the Old Town of Hala, the second is the coral El Fanar Beach. There is a bus to both beaches. At 10 in the morning, everyone was immersed in the bus and went to sunbathe. First they were delivered to Fanar, then to Hala. We were picked up from Fanar at 13.40. C Hala was picked up earlier.
On the beach Hala were once. There was enough space for everyone. A great place for those who have a rest with children and do not know how to swim. The bar is paid.
We spent all our time at El Fanar Beach. A staircase leads to the beach, it is not very difficult to go down and up it. I, living on the 4th floor, get tired more, walking up to my apartment. There are few sunbeds from the hotel, but enough for everyone. One comes, the other leaves. There were no problems with the beds.
The beach is great!! ! You can come with children and with the elderly. The entrance is sandy. Sloping entrance. Lots of fish, you can snorkel. Windless. Very beautiful coral reef. There are no toilets, changing rooms or showers.
On the beach there is a bar (paid), a seller of excursions, swimming accessories are sold and there is a very good professional massage therapist. I had problems with my arm, had surgery, had therapy sessions, but all this helped little. After the course of massage, I began to feel much better. The masseur explained the reasons for my problems, which I could not get from our doctors.
Nutrition.

This is a special topic. Many wrote that there is not enough food and it is monotonous. I have problems with the gastrointestinal tract (ulcer). On the trip, I took a lot of medicines with me, but they were not completely needed. It took only Festal (from overeating). I didn't have any problems with local food. None of the residents complained about the quality of food.
There were 8 types of salads: tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants, zucchini, pickled carrots, etc. Side dishes - 4 types. Two kinds of soups. Beef, chicken, meatballs were served with the side dish. The pieces of meat were large, there was enough for everyone, but if supplements were needed, they were given without problems.
I will make a small digression. At the same time, my husband's brother was resting with us in a 5 * hotel. We were in constant contact with him. He complained that his food was monotonous: pasta and rice. We tell him, they also give us potatoes. He didn't believe me and asked for a photo. We sent him a photo with garnish options. After receiving the photo, he was very surprised that in our hotel for such a price the food is better.
Dessert.
For dessert there were biscuits, 3 types of jelly and fruit. There was enough. If it ran out, they quickly brought it.
Earlier in the reviews, I read that the cooks are untidy and rude (throw pancakes on your leg). This was not the case with us. They flip omelets and pancakes not with a spatula, but tossing them in a frying pan. Maybe he fell, but I don’t believe that on his foot. The omelets and pancakes are delicious. Chef Karim, who cooked them, is a very pleasant and cheerful young man with a great sense of humor.
Chef Kamal is a very nice man. After reading reviews that he is very rude, greedy and looks at the plates, then all this is not true. From time to time, he went out to the hall and paid attention to each guest: he would ask how the food was, if any supplements were needed, make a compliment or “rush” into the kitchen and cut fresh cucumbers.
There was always enough cutlery.

Responsive, practically does not understand Russian, does not extort money. But I think that they should be thanked with something, since they work for a penny.

In Egypt, we planned to visit many attractions. In this regard, back in Belarus, we combed the Internet for the presence of excursion companies that can provide us with the required excursions and at a price arranged by us. Pre-ordered two excursions from a representative in the Old Town. But upon arrival at the hotel, we learned that there is a tour desk with the same excursions and at prices that are much cheaper. We booked the rest of the excursions through the hotel bureau. Excursions went with a bang! ! We wanted to book all excursions, but there was not enough time. The owner's name is Tito. This is a young, pleasant, charming, educated and humorous guy. He speaks several languages, including Russian at an excellent level. Always tell you how to get to the right place and how much to pay for a taxi. In general, he will answer all your questions that are not related to excursions. I recommend you to use the services of Tito.
P. S. Dear tourists!! ! Please think twice before writing a review for this hotel. This is a 3 star hotel and nothing more can be expected from it. But it has some advantages over 4* and 5* hotels. If you have problems, go on vacation to Europe. Be simpler and they will reach out to you.
