We booked a room 3+1 (12p) and the hotel confirmed our reservation, and when we arrived they put us in a double room, we went to the reception that it was not what we booked, they told us that there were no other rooms, although the hotel had a maximum of 50 guests, the hotel was empty and then we saw that there were larger rooms. We asked to call the administration, the boss came out to us and said that if we wanted a larger room, we would have to pay an extra $160 per night, we said that we had booked, and you are putting us in a double room, to which he started shouting at us, being rude, I thought he was going to beat us, because he was waving his arms and shouting in a scary way. So we stayed in a double room, where they pushed two beds together and brought us a cot for the child. It was very uncomfortable for three adults to sleep on pushed single beds, it was terrible, our vacation was ruined. We contacted the guide, the tour operator, and everyone told us that the boss forbade us from helping and going to the meeting. I believe that employees like this boss should not work in the service sector, shouting and being rude to guests like that is unacceptable. . I really hope that the management will take this into account and fire him, so that no one else will be his victim, otherwise they didn't give him money that he didn't deserve.
