The second time I went to the same hotel, they promised the second time the choice of a room (a complete lie), they promised fruit in the room (a fantastic lie), moreover, there was still no drinking water in the rooms, and one day out of seven there was no water in the tap... from the first minutes, the rest was spoiled by the administrator, who demanded 100 dollars for settling in a standard room, but with a view of the main pool (a trip for a family of 5 people). They settled, like all exiled Ukrainians, Belarusians, Russians and even Poles, in the third building (almost the second line), with a “wonderful” view of the construction site (noisy, especially in the morning)! An employee named MISO (remember this name and do not buy anything from him) said that he would help, because we were separated from our children, given rooms on the first and third floors, we kindly went to visit our 5 year old daughter and 15 year old son. Can you imagine. . . The food in the canteen is terrible, the fruits are rotten. Through the fault of the administrator, they didn’t put bracelets on our hands, so we were a little “kindly” not kicked out of the dining room. Mizo promised to fix everything. . . DON'T BELIEVE IT!! ! He will only draw the last pennies out of you smiling sweetly in your face....If you like scandals, quarrels, everyday extreme, dirt. . . be sure to choose this hotel!
