I simply conjure you, no burning, no price! Your health and nerves may be at risk! It's just quiet horror, not 5 stars. Photos do not correspond to reality!
In order:
-Numbers. Don't count on being lucky and get a good number, IT WILL NOT BE FOR FREE. The hotel is making money from this and is directly talking about it. We were asked in general 10 bucks per night for a room in the 1st or 2nd building, supposedly supposedly "improved", all the rest are settled in the third building killed in the board. Photo attached. A closet fell on me (the door broke off), the bath was dirty, there was no toilet paper, the tiles were ALL moldy, so that they washed and walked only in shoes, there was a huge blood stain on the bed sheet. Oh yeah, there was still no hot water. The room stinks and there are ants. The balcony is scuffed up, there are holes in the sinks in the bathroom, that if a ring falls there, you will say goodbye to it. I didn’t go to 5 * for this, in order to live in this shit, they also demand to pay extra for normal conditions! It’s better to add this money and look for another hotel, believe me, even any 3 will be better than THIS. To the sea and to the reception (to all the traffic) go through the heat and dirty territory in fragments and garbage for more than 10 minutes at a fast pace. After three days of arguing with the guide, the reception (they resolved the issue through their travel agency with the whole office and connections, we brought a notable kipish), we were changed by clenching our teeth, the number for 1 building, they gave a form where we wrote in writing that it was free, we like everything and there are no complaints we have, but this has already been done by the higher administration of the hotel. 3 days of rest just killed in the trash. The "superior" rooms and rooms in building 3 differ only in the color of the bed and the same BUT only with new furniture. There was a whole closet and there were fuses on the sinks. Well, he was in the center of the two-faced. Everything, there were no more differences.

-Pools and grounds. It's a total disaster. The pools are in disrepair. Broken tiles, dirty just black. You can easily cut your foot. The main pool is stupidly made in Soviet times. Dead flies, dirt and debris are floating around - they just don't clean it up. One pool where the supposedly "water park" is generally with an inflated bottom, there is an incomprehensible oilcloth, stepping on which the bottom simply inflates underfoot. But in the end, he was completely let down. In the photo there is a bar in the pool, in the end - it is not there, it is littered with dirty smelly rubbish. Killed, stripped, dirty furniture in the lobby bar. There are a lot of left houses on the territory on the way to the third building and the exit from the hotel, bottles, packs of cigarettes, pieces of paper, just assorted, many abandoned, drained pools and simply emergency left buildings are lying around. Yes, the territory of the main building is really green and beautiful, but it is only a few meters.
-Staff. The staff is frankly rude. They allow themselves a lot. It’s a waste of time for them to do the cleaning, in the dining room, in general, one man stuck to a woman with a plate of sweets with the questions “and why are you eating all this alone? ” they brought us toilet paper and fixed the safe, in the end they did not wait. They are brutally rude, they do not understand either English or Russian normally. An expensive flashlight was stolen from the room, but again, you can’t prove it . .
- Meals and bar. Good. But the first day was terrible, then more people came and began to puff. But purely out of principle, the rating was set, because this does not block the rest of the hell of this hotel.
- Miser. Immediately at 12 o’clock after check-out, they took off our bracelets and didn’t even want to let us in for a PAID lunch, again, it took a long time to prove our case. Again, I had to pay money to keep the bracelet for myself until 15. And for the whole 7th day of the paid day of rest, we did not have any bars or normal comfort. This is the first time I've encountered such blatant greed.
I want them to stop deceiving people with untrue photos and false information, and that people, when buying a ticket, be officially notified that they will live without additional payments only in building 3 and, accordingly, know the price list of normal rooms before buying a ticket. What would this information be on all the sites of tour operators, here, on a coma vacation... This is unfair to people who pay a lot of money not on hot tours for this hellish hell.

The hotel is ruining itself and requires deep repairs and changes "ala made-up rules". Do not believe any good review, especially if you are not the first time you have a rest in 5 * hotels. I really am not exaggerating a word, the guy and I are not scandalous and not picky people at all, but this is already too much. I'm so furious that I'm just ready to personally beg everyone not to go to this hotel, well, just under no circumstances, even for free! Do not believe the photos on the sites, none of them are true !!! !
