Traveled together with my husband through the travel agency Anex Tour. The flight to Sharm was not transferred, flew well, met us on time and without problems. The hotel was settled in building 3, some write that it is far away. It was quite convenient for us, it was pleasant to walk a little, the exit to the city was not far, the building had its own swimming pool with a bar, it was not so crowded and there were no queues for drinks. In general, I liked the case. When we checked in, we came across a room with two beds, the only thing we could do with it was just move them. The room was poorly cleaned upon arrival, there was a lot of hair on the floor from previous tenants and dirty linens on one bed. We checked in late at night, in the morning the cleaner cleaned everything and changed the linen. In the morning there was a meeting with the hotel guide, the purpose of which was to offer excursions, some say that the price is too high (we did not recognize and did not check this) under the same conditions. We took excursions
offered by our tour. company Anex Tour, the organization of diving with yachting was quite normal, we liked everything. The next day there was supposed to be a free tour of the city, we waited for an hour at the appointed time, no one came for us. The hotel guide did not pick up the phone and no one could say anything. The next day we found a guide, he rescheduled our tour. This time we were taken away, but also after an hour of waiting. I liked the ATV trip, but it didn’t live up to expectations a little, because we were promised 1.5 hours of riding one way, but in fact it was half as much, they promised sunset, but “we arrived too early” (the tour company sets the time), the Bedouins are a complete disappointment, even attempts to hide the fact that they are not real were not made. In the hotel, no one cares, no one wants to solve the problems that have arisen, and everyone very quickly starts not speaking Russian. A lot of Arabs, so much
that in the interval Thu-Sun there are more of them than other guests, while everyone is very arrogant, sloppy, children run around, yell, no one looks after them, and the hotel is in a house. We were not yet lucky that we had such loud neighbors, it was very difficult to sleep in the room. The food at the hotel is quite good, the same almost every day, but there is a lot of it, the food is delicious, the snacks at the bar are also good, the only minus is not enough fruit during our stay. From fruits, only dates, a mixture of pieces of apples and melons, and once in 10 days we got that normal pieces of melon were given for dinner. The rest of the fruits were bought in the city. The pools are poorly cleaned, there are a lot of people, the animation is also not very good, the evening program is boring. The sea is clean, the pontoon is long, but for us it was definitely not a problem. In general, we, as the first time on such a type of vacation, had a good rest, but we would never advise anyone to go to this hotel for any money. Such little things, but spoil the rest well.

And one more thing: there is no WiFi, only at the reception and in the lobby, but it almost always works disgustingly because of the large number of people. The fish restaurant is amazing, it's the best this hotel has. The service staff is rude, the only good people there are the beach bartender Ahmed and the bartender by the pool 3 buildings (understanding, fair, not greedy, funny and most importantly quality do their job! ).
