I always read TurPravda before choosing a hotel, but, unfortunately, not this time.

We chose this hotel because there was not much to choose from, Cleopatra Luxury Resort Sharm El Sheikh, Renaissance Golden View Beach and Sunrise Diamond Beach were already in the foot, and the rest were 150-200 bucks more expensive. I should have paid extra this time, but...

We arrived at the hotel in the evening, just before dinner.
At the reception we were given a card for the door, two cards for towels, but forgot to wear bracelets. This did not bother us, because we had already rested this year in a hotel where no one wore bracelets - UAI was for all hotel guests. There are no elevators in the hotel. We noticed that there are a lot of Arabs.

Room 1353, where we were settled - it's just awful:
- dirty and cigarette-scorched chairs in the room
- huge red ants on the balcony scurry back and forth trying to run into the room

- the door is shabby from the outside, too from the inside, but there it is generally black and it seems that it was once on fire
- there is no cap on the door, so it remains to be hoped that no one will climb to you at night : )
- a mini-bar is a piece of ice in the truest sense of the word, in which, by the way, they forgot to put water on the day of settlement
- there is a safe, but it's better for you to practice opening/closing it first because the handle gets stuck : )
- the door to the next room is not locked, i. e. it can be easily opened and, despite the fact that there is a plug on the next door from the inside, this causes concern for the safety of things in the room
- cups and glasses are dirty
- instead of teaspoons, there are two dirty plastic disposable sticks with which it is proposed to stir the contents in the cups
- on the floor around some black hair
Room 1364, which we were offered after a persistent request to call a superior manager, differs from the first one only in a normal front door, a double bed instead of two single beds and the absence of a door to the next room - the minibar is the same, the air conditioning control unit is falling apart and needs repair, the chairs are the same dirty.

Of course, on the evening of arrival for dinner, we did not get there right away, but only after we returned to the reception with the question "Why don't we have bracelets? ". With some displeasure, the man behind the counter put them on for us and we proceeded to ...Oh, God, and they call this barn downstairs a restaurant ? ! It is generally contraindicated to go to the lower dining room - this is really a pigsty. They put fresh cutlery and...my wife's fork turned out to be with a long black hair wound around it - he showed it to the manager with a dumb question "How so? ", He turned it in his hands, and then threw it on the next table! True, he gave a clean one in return.

The range of food plunges into deep despondency. All the time, a wheelbarrow with garbage rolls past, into which the waiter clumsily dumps the remnants of food. In short, do not go down under any circumstances, only upstairs to the canteen near the reception or to the bar on the beach. Also God save you to sit next to Arab families if you don't want to spoil your appetite - they will yell, spit, throw leftover food on the floor and on the table and all in the same vein. By the way, they throw cigarette butts anywhere, so in this hotel you need to look under your feet, otherwise you run the risk of entering into some snot or cigarette butts right next to the pool, because the Arabs were too lazy to carry all this to the nearest trash can.

To the question "Where can I get water? " - the bartender offered to bring him an empty bottle and he will pour water into it. No bottle, no water. That is why you will observe people who come with bottles to the dining room in order to get water into it when they leave. There will be water in the room...
if they don’t forget, the cleaner forgot to put the water on for us three times and had to remind him about it.

The staff understands both Russian and English very poorly, but communicates well with the Arabs, who are 80 percent of the total number of guests.
There is simply nothing to breathe in public places, because there are either no air conditioners here at all or they simply cannot cope with such a temperature. There is white leather furniture in the lobby, which looks chic from afar, but if you get closer, you understand that the staff does not care about it - dirty, greasy sofas and armchairs that no one cleans.

Wi-Fi is available in the lobby, but the Internet connection is such that it causes pain in the coccyx area : )
Therefore, there are two options:
1. upon arrival, right at the airport, buy a Vodafone or Orange card (10 GB of traffic for a price of 8 to 12 bucks, I don’t remember exactly) and use it for your pleasure, because there will be a maximum of 12 GB of traffic in stores near the hotel for 25 bucks (Vodafone): )
2. for 4.
5 bucks a day, take a router to the room at the reception and use as much as you want, they will not count the traffic - the speed is the same, because in fact a 3G modem is used

The beach and the sea - there is, but until 13-14 hours a stable red flag. After lunch, you can go, but be careful, because the descent from the pontoon is "for the idea of a 5-ka, and the implementation for a 2-ku", there is nothing to catch near the shore because the tide is out.

A separate "fiery hello" to JoinUp and his representative Samir, who "works" in this hotel - except for selling excursions, he will not do anything else, in fact, he lost interest in us exactly after he heard that excursions were not of interest to us, but here help in solving problems with the number would be very useful.
In addition, to the people with whom we met and who reported that a nominal number had been vacated next to them and offered to help with relocating us there, Samir, after separating us on different type sofas in order to "fill out the questionnaire, " said, "Why are you Are you saying that? You don’t like your number? If everything is fine, then rest and rejoice. Why do you say that the next number is free? "- this is five!

Among the advantages I can note:
- the work of Guest Relations, namely Dildora, who helped us in resolving issues
- in this hotel they know how to cook crabs!
- Ahmed's job at the beach bar

In general, this hotel is by no means 5 * - 3 *, and then with a stretch, so read the reviews and look for another hotel! Have a good rest!
