We arrived in the evening at 8 o'clock, even sent for dinner, as there was half an hour left before the end. After dinner, they issued cards and settled us in the 3rd building, on the first floor. The hotel itself has two main and a distant third. This suited us as we are not very picky. Walking to the main pools is about 5 minutes, to the sea about 10 minutes. I must say right away that the hotel for 5 stars does not pull at all, a maximum of 3.80% of the Arabs live here, and it is clear that all the staff work for them. Now in order:

Old furniture, two separate beds, fungus in the bathroom, the lock was a little loose (it would not hurt to just tighten it), the carpet is stained, there is no mini-bar, there is a small refrigerator, air conditioning and a safe. It's good that at least everything worked. For the first five days, we started not to notice it all, as our cleaner Mohammed (for $ 1) cleaned the room, moved our beds and made hearts, swans, a cobra from towels every day. It even seemed that the room got better. The last five days the shift has changed and even for $ 1 no one did anything. He only changed towels and made (did not change) the bed. We didn't leave any more tea.
2. Pools and bars
Near the 3rd building there is a swimming pool and a bar. The bartender there is terrible. Sun loungers and umbrellas, towels. Near the main buildings there are large swimming pools, towels and two bars (one round the clock, the second from 10 until sunset). The sunbeds are old, sometimes not working, the towels are old, sometimes with holes. But they saw that every day they take samples from the pools, at least they check something. The bartender at the 24-hour bar is really good, he made cocktails with local alcohol, but the choice is not great. There is a Nescaf? coffee machine with instant coffee and powdered milk. There are some good guys at the main bar by the pool, you can even have snacks, pizza or buns there (every day the same). There is also a hookah bar on the beach (a small tent). $5 for a second. Do not smoke! ! In Kyiv, hookahs are 3 times cooler than there.

Breakfast: cereal with milk, omelettes, pancakes, mashed potatoes, chicken sausages, boiled eggs, wheat with milk, fried tomatoes, vegetables, snacks, fruits and sweets. Every morning is the same. Lunch: soups, pastas, skipped chicken, liver, fish, beef. Lots of different rice and pasta. Of course, vegetables, fruits, sweets. Dinner: something appeared at the barbecue, then fish, then chicken, kebab. Again a lot of rice and pasta, sometimes potatoes. There are no sausages and cheeses, except that Feta is a good local one. If you are not picky about food, then you will not stay hungry.
4. Restaurants
We had the opportunity to visit two restaurants one time for free. Italian and fish. These are not restaurants at all, only one name! The standard free fish menu includes: seafood soup (fish and carrot soup), cucumber and tomato salad, boiled rice with fish in batter and 3 squid rings in batter, dessert 3 pieces of Turkish sweets. Drinks to choose from. Italian horror. Soups and salads take as much as you want, that is, as a dining room. The name of the dish is good, but they just bring something completely different (“Slices of tender meat with pasta in tomato sauce” like so. They brought: spaghetti with tomato paste, and chicken fillet divided in half, fried in batter. Or “Beef medallion with french fries and vegetables ": a piece of small beef tenderloin, fries, 1 slice of carrot and 2 slices of zucchini. Dessert: tiramisu (a small piece of biscuit at the bottom, cream with cappuccino flavor on top), caramel pudding (custard). From morning to afternoon, a constantly red flag due to wind and large waves. After lunch it is already yellow, you can swim, but before sunset, until 17:00 somewhere. You can go from the shore to the depths and waves, but be very careful, corals and stones begin there.

It is not a pity to pay for excursions, as they definitely do their job. But there was a situation with insurance. We had to use the services. Knowing that everything has been paid and the insurance is valid throughout the country, we call, talk about the current situation, they say pay a $30 deductible and a doctor will come to you. What?? ? What 30$? ? We really did not begin to understand, since it was necessary to quickly resolve everything. We went to the local pharmacy across the street, bought everything we needed for $ 7 and that's it. Thank God nothing serious and now everything is fine. So there are more questions here.
