Went with friends for 6 nights. They chose from what was on a certain date. After reading the reviews, we were a little upset, but we decided that we would set ourselves up and spend our vacation! I must say right away that this is a simple five, but you can relax well. Number: we were settled in the 3rd building (it is further than the first two), the number is ordinary. We did not look for mold, hair and dust. Cleaning is daily, towels are changed, TV, hair dryer, air conditioner, refrigerator - everything works. There is an electric kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, cream, cups.
Food: The menu is poor, but we didn't go hungry. I ate mostly meat, vegetables, greens and I was fine. The bar has great coffee!
Alcohol: local, as elsewhere in Egypt, but you can choose something. Pretty good cocktails. There is a 24 hour bar.
Sea: the pontoon is only 250 meters, and next to Rixos is 1 km, so there is something to compare.

Animation: Well done guys! They work hard and are always friendly and smiling. I especially want to highlight the animator - Musty! It is rare to find a person who loves his work so much! He is the highlight of this place!

On the way back to the airport, we were given a questionnaire to fill out. So, the woman who was sitting in front of us wrote a bunch of nasty things, starting with the staff and ending with a crooked fork! In my opinion, such people will find flaws even in the most expensive and luxurious hotels!
