We chose this hotel because we flew to rest with children, and according to the conditions, everything suited us there.
We were not seated very quickly. At first we were given the worst room, but after paying extra money we took a good room.
Everything was close by, everything was within walking distance of the hotel. You could find many shops and cafes around the hotel. And the territory of the hotel itself is quite huge, but well-groomed and very beautiful. The onsite pools were heated. The sea in Egypt is gorgeous, but to go into it you had to go to the pontoon in order to swim normally. And on the beach there was only a knee-deep puddle, not the sea. But if you go with small children, it is very normal.

The hotel has good food, it cannot be compared with Europe, but it is normal for Egypt. Service seems to be good. I rested everywhere and I understood that I was going to Egypt, that it would not even be Turkey. Yes, if questions arose, I solved them on the spot and immediately, without problems and raids, everything was completely in our favor.
The main thing that I advise is that vacationers here do not agree to settle in the 3rd building. The voucher does not give a normal number and you need to figure it out on the spot, resolve this issue. If, for example, we didn’t like the number, then we changed it 3 times, and only then were we satisfied. At the end of the holiday, we didn’t even pay extra for a late check-out, they gave us as a gift. Everyone left before 12, and we left at 6 pm. It was comfortable and we were able to relax a little more. The rest were sitting in the lobby. Let people plan their vacation as they want, but we rest comfortably and always achieve it.
Although the hotel is listed as 5k, it does not pull more than 3k.
