We arrived around two in the morning. We were settled almost immediately, but in the room (No. 2215) a lot of shortcomings were found, I list them all. Maybe they'll pay attention. We basically did not want to "pay extra" for changing the number.

1. Outlets didn't work. We were immediately sent a person who connected the contacts in the key card receiver in such a way that all sockets and light sources became available without the obligatory placement of the card in this receiver. Well, okay, not scary.
2. The refrigerator is in the bedside table, and its door does not open due to the device of the bedside table (I had to lift it to open and close it). The stinky buns of past guests were found in the refrigerator.
3. The sliding wardrobe is broken (all the doors were torn off the rails and it was not possible to put them back).
4. The safe in the closet was safely closed, there were no instructions.

The next day, for 4-5 hours, almost every hour reported this problem, each time they promised to send the master in 5-10 minutes. Finally he came and did everything. Well at least he explained how to use it, because there were no instructions.
5. The windows of the room face north, so during the day it does not warm up at all and it is constantly cold in it. The air conditioner does not work for heating, it just blows air. Well, at least we were given a third blanket upon request.
6. Constantly noisy ventilation in the bathroom. I had to cover the hole in the ceiling with cardboard.

The TV was never turned on. There was an electric kettle and it worked well. The lighting in the room is rather poor, mainly three table lamps. The bath is flaky, but not fatal.

The hotel area is beautiful. Nice and cozy. The food is pretty good. 24 hour bar.
You can go to an Italian and a fish restaurant once for a change (for this you need to go to the restaurant of interest exactly at the time indicated by the hotel and sign up). But there is generally duller than in the main restaurant. On February 14, the hotel did a great job, everything was very festive in the dining room, a lot of strawberries, fruits and a beautiful presentation of food.

Internet in the lobby, though free, but very bad. We went to the edge of our beach and caught the open Wi-Fi of the neighboring Rixos hotel, it was 10 times better.

The coral reef on the pontoon is pretty good, we liked it. The staff is quite adequate, no one is imposed (excursions were offered gently, without fanaticism). Opposite the entrance to the hotel, across the road, there is a good Ragab Sons mini market, where delicious and inexpensive products are available. You can easily pay with a Ukrainian hryvnia card. We also went to the Metro, but there prices are rounded up.
If there is a desire, it is best to go to the Carrefour supermarket, there is a large selection and different products by weight.

The weather is typical for February, cold wind, but you can burn out in the sun.
