Hotel ratings by criteria:
The hotel was chosen according to the budget available at the time of the purchase of the tour. I knew this bay, I had seen the hotel before. In winter, we rested in the nearby Club Magic life (at a price and level an order of magnitude higher).
After reading the reviews on turpravda, it was, to put it mildly, exciting to go. It turned out - in vain. Those who look for flaws will always find them. My vacation was easy, sincere and only with positive emotions.
Went through Anex again. Flights there and back were delayed by a couple of hours. I like Azurair.

The hotel is located near the airport. This time, upon arrival, I bought a local SIM card, because I knew about the weak Wi-Fi on the territory of this hotel (it catches at the reception, but weakly). A local Orange SIM costs $10 for 20GB 4G internet. Racks at the exit from the building, register according to the passport, immediately set up.

The transfer is comfortable. Air-conditioned bus, the guide provided all the information. From the airport, this is the second hotel that the bus calls in, you don’t have to ride for a long time.
Since the flight was delayed, we arrived almost at check-in. Checked out, got a bracelet, went out for lunch and took a walk around the grounds.

Exactly at 14:00 my room was ready. I chose the Superior Garden View category room from the tour operator. 1 building overlooking the garden. They put me in it. In the "terrible" 3rd building, those who initially have rooms of the Standard category are accommodated. With me, the manager suggested that the guys look around and, if they wish, upgrade the category of the room. No one imposed anything on anyone and did not demand money. I talked with guests from building 3, opinions are different, like people: someone likes it, someone is dissatisfied. Objectively: it is located a little apart, far from the main buildings and pools, to go further to the beach. It has its own small pool and bar.

My SNGL room had 2 beds. Fridge, kettle, air conditioning and safe worked well. Plumbing and electrical work, there was no fungus. The room has been cleaned.
It can be seen that the furniture has seen the forms and it would be desirable to update it, but nothing caused me to faint.

The room was cleaned every day, bottled water was brought to the room every day (the rest of the time you could get it in the hotel bars, at first it seemed strange, but you quickly got used to it). Nobody twisted swans for me, but it was always clean and smelled good. Towels were changed as needed. Upon check-in, a standard set of mini-cosmetics was provided: gels, shampoo, soap.

The hotel area is large. She is being looked after. But, when compared with the neighboring Magic Life, less blooming, green and shady. And it would be unfair to compare with Rixos on the other side of the hotel.
There are several pools of different depths on the territory (each one is monitored by a lifeguard). The beach is long, there are many sun loungers with umbrellas, separate "bungalows".
The beach and pool bars are open until sunset.

There is a small water park, but I can’t judge it, I’m not a fan, I didn’t visit it.

The local restaurant is more of a dining room, perhaps due to the large number of guests. I had to really look for a place for lunch. The waiters tried and hurried, but did not have time to quickly clean up the dirty dishes and set the tables again. Plus, it was strange for me to see carts instead of deliveries, but given the number of staff, volume of work and speed, I understand this service pattern.

Declared all-inclusive meals. But in my experience, this is exaggerated. In fact, you definitely won’t stay hungry, but the luxury of oriental cuisine was appreciated only in the last days of your stay at the hotel, at the end of Ramadan, when many Arab guests arrived at the hotel. There was also a beautiful serving of the Swede, and a larger selection of meat and fish dishes, sweets, etc.
There were always several types of meat as standard (chicken, turkey, beef, mutton), sometimes fish, vegetarian dishes and side dishes. Fresh vegetables and herbs were plentiful. There are few fruits. But there were always delicious dates, oranges, apple and melon salads. Lots of desserts and sweets.
Non-alcoholic drinks are standard: "juices", hibiscus, bottled soda Cola Fanta Sprite, non-alcoholic cocktails, coffee tea.
Free local alcohol. I didn't have to rate. But the guests ordered alcoholic cocktails, beer, wine, strong alcohol.

The staff is polite. I was resting during Ramadan, many employees were fasting (from dawn to dusk they are forbidden to eat and drink), some were tired, but ALL my requests were fulfilled quickly and well. How you treat people is how they treat you.

The staff is fluent in English and Russian. No one "tricked" me into anything.
They offered spa photo tours, but refused - no one bothered or forced.

I want to pay special attention to animation. Young and active guys, local and Slavs. Fun, fun. Again, no one imposes entertainment, but if you are interested, you can do aqua aerobics, yoga, Latin American dances, zumba, water polo, etc. In the evening there were small performances, contests in the amphitheater, a fakir and a fire show. There are no discos in the hotel. They are transported separately to the clubs of Sharma.
There were many guests with children in the hotel. For them, there are shallow pools, children's animation, a disco and a kids club (I'm not sure if they are full-fledged, but you can take children.

On the territory of the hotel you can change money, call a taxi (a car is more comfortable, but a little more expensive than on the street). There is also a pharmacy, souvenir and food shops.
Prices are acceptable, but much more expensive than in the same George Clooney, a few hundred meters from the main exit of the hotel.

There were a lot of cons too, of course. Especially if you find fault or compare with hotels of a higher class.
The main disadvantage is not even the hotel, but this bay - the sea. In the afternoon, the tides are low, you can walk knee-deep in water a few hundred meters. Long pontoon - further beautiful reef. These days it was windy, a red flag was often hung, diving was forbidden.
The sun loungers on the beach also need renovation. There are a lot of them, but there are also a lot of broken ones.
A large number of guests, the cleanliness of the public restrooms and the restaurant was not always perfect. But, thank God, I didn’t get poisoned by food, neither I nor my friends felt any ailments.
According to other guests, not all problems were solved as easily and quickly as mine. But I can not judge anything else, described my experience of staying in this hotel.
My conclusion: this is definitely not a 5 * hotel, but with a good cheerful company on a last minute trip, I would return here.
