So check in: on July 1 at 12:00 at the hotel reception, I and my 7-year-old daughter are waiting for 2.5 hours, check-in to the room after 14:00 and nipet, "baksheesh" will not speed it up! The child’s stomach starts to hurt sharply, it twists into a shell, I push the pop-eyed manager at the reception, they say, give me a number as soon as possible, we need to look at the child in the toilet. Gives a number outside the hotel, you have to go somewhere there, teleport in the sun. The child begins to vomit, she vomits right on the bushes near the entrance to the main building. I come back with a suitcase with my daughter, who is getting worse and worse, and I start yelling: I bought a ticket to a hotel on the first line near the sea, you are now putting me in the second line! Pop-eyed answers: you have vouchers for a standard room, and the first line is a deluxe room (they are the same as the standard, just on the 1st line !!! ) you have to pay extra $ 10 / day for them. You have 10 days, 100$ from you. I yell that I have only 100 with me, and the child is getting worse, she moans and cries, twisted next to the reception, the staff does not care about her. I'm bidding for a number in a state of shock!! ! You can imagine this: you paid for a ticket, and then you still need to pay 100 bucks on top to be settled not in Muhosransk!!!!! ! And this is their norm, these requisitions are official, they even have a table tent with this information. As a result, pop-eyed lowered me to $ 70. And we were settled in the 2nd building in room 2112.
Food: disgusting, for children there is nothing normal except for buns, if the meat is then there is more hot pepper in it than the meat itself! Cutlets are spicy, beef is spicy, potatoes are spicy, vegetable stew is spicy, chicken skewers are just bones and coal. They generally cut meat is unique. They cut, crush into atoms, pepper. How they haven’t put pepper in the puree yet is amazing. There are no fruits in the restaurant, but there is "Olivier" from chopped apples of melons, whatever. Here is the food in this hotel, but imagine if this poisoning happened to a child !! ! In bars, you have to stand in kilometer-long queues all the time to beg to be given more than 4 glasses, so that you don’t stand next time for a large company again for beer. You just need to beg for everything, just beg, the arrogant staff does not know how to serve, what good service is and how to value a client does not know at all. Wi-fi here is generally horror, 0.4 Kbps. There is only one router, ONE flat small apartment router for the entire reception!

At the restaurant, you need to stand even more kilometer-long queues in order to get 20 g of meat, pay attention to the photos - they poured so much for me, I stood with 2 plates and asked for me and the child. They poured a small piece of meat, I asked for more, and he: everything says, that's enough for you !!!! ! They don’t know English and Russian, You constantly need to beg for more meat, you constantly need to beg for more pancakes, you constantly beg, beg, beg for food and drinks, you constantly need to just almost beg, as if they are waiting for money from you. The bar made coffee, no sugar! I'm waiting for 7 minutes, they go looking for sugar! The unprofessionalism of the staff is overwhelming! They behave like boors, the bartenders are impudent, they hate everyone who is not an Arab.
A little white girl was kicked out of the pool because she was wearing a T-shirt. I began to swear, to stand up for the child, they explained that it was impossible in coton, but in synthetics it was possible. The sad girl left the pool with her mother almost in tears. This hurt me, I began to look out for the children of the Arabs and 2 children were from head to toe in coton, splashed in the descent into the pool and for some reason they were not kicked out. The territory of the hotel is super, well-groomed, watered, everything is green and beautiful. The sea is stormy, there is always a strong current (fins are needed) and there is always a storm. Snorkeling will not succeed, I saw waves of 2 meters. The first 6 days there was a storm and it was forbidden to swim. Well, this is a cape washed by the sea and blown by the winds. There will be no other way. The fauna is not so hot: a standard set of fish, pufferfish, boxes, devils and jellyfish, no turtles, no moray eels, no barracudas. The reef is good, but not as beautiful as in Makadi Bay. Water park and pools for kids are good. But at 13:00 they close and kick out. And they even get kicked out of the pool! And the communal pool is also closed in the evening.
Last day: at 12:00 they cut off the bracelet and that’s it, don’t care that your child is hungry and the bus is at 20:00 in the evening and that you will still need to have lunch and dinner. Although you will die of hunger here, there can be no talk of any dry rations. If you want to eat, pay $5 for the continuation of 1 bracelet!! ! It feels like you have to pay for everything, even for beer at the bar. This is the first time this has happened to me, the first time I meet such a greedy hotel! The bracelet was never cut off from me, I came home and cut it off myself. And then they'll cut you off and won't let you into the restaurant. They allow the child to come in, but the mother is not allowed !! ! This hotel should be closed. It doesn't even deserve 1*.
