My family and I stayed at this hotel in July 2019. Everything was according to the standard: we arrived, we were met at the airport and brought to the hotel. We didn't have to wait for the settlement. we arrived around 22:00 and we were immediately given the key to the room and everything we needed. One of the restaurants was also opened, where we were offered to eat, but it was more like a snack and that is loudly said. Due to the fact that we arrived late, there was nothing left in the kitchen: sausage, cheese and some vegetables. But looking ahead, the food here is excellent.
Then we came to the room and... were simply shocked. We are 4 people, and there are 2 beds (we ordered a room for 4 from the tour operator). We went to the reception, they told us that they would deliver the bed. After half an hour there were 3 beds in the room. The one that was delivered later was in a terrible state, unlike the standard ones. In the process of putting it in, the bedding lay on a dirty bed and fell to the floor !! ! We again went to the reception. I couldn't find anything over the phone from the number. They began to claim that we "ordered" a double room with the possible delivery of one bed. To which we showed our voucher with specific numbers, where a room for four was indicated. But for them it was not a convincing argument. They just played the same song “room for two” over and over again. Then another man came along, who was given a baby bed for his 11-year-old son and was assured that even adults could sleep in it. As a result, we ran back and forth (we had the 3rd building) until one in the morning. And the only thing we were told was to wait until the next day, when other rooms will be free for an extra charge of $ 10 per day. As a result, we slept on two beds made up, since each of them was wide, which did not cause discomfort. The next day, we somehow agreed that we would be shown another room with a surcharge. As a result: the view there was of the garden, but we can see the sea, mountains, a water park and the city. There were the same 2 beds and the light in the bathroom did not work. We realized that we were just going in circles and paying extra for the same number, it makes no sense even worse. This is how we lived for 8 days in a double room. It's good that we spent a minimum of time in the room, we were mostly at the sea, in the pools and on excursions.
But, fortunately, this was the only big minus in the hotel, which was lost at the end of the holiday against the background of other advantages. The staff here are friendly and cheerful, always ready to help. The animators worked actively and cool, but there was no time to visit their events. Security is also at a high level. All pools and panton are under the constant supervision of lifeguards. The food in the restaurants is excellent. We were always full. Each pool has a bar. The area closer to the exit and to the remote buildings is not entirely clean, there are broken tiles, some garbage. There is free WI-FI at the reception, but it is very slow.

Directly opposite the hotel there are shops, a shopping center and a supermarket. The prices are good, the main thing is to be able to bargain.
In general, despite some shortcomings, we really liked the rest and these 8 days flew by unnoticed.
