Description does not match reality. The hotel is terrible, the photos were beautiful, but in reality the hotel was dead and dilapidated, we were looking for a hotel with a water park, here the water park is in disrepair, there are wooden stairs in splinters, everything is rusty, the pools are chipped. This is not even 4 *, but a triple. It is far to go to the sea, we were settled in some kind of building near the destroyed building, although it was written on the site that this was the first line. I had a shock. The food is not bad, but the tables, tablecloths, glasses are dirty. Cups with the remnants of lipstick, I only drank through a straw. We arrived at 10 pm, they gave us the keys and showed the man who was supposed to take us to the room, it was already dark on the street, I had one child sleeping, the second was barely walking, my husband was carrying one, this man took out the suitcase and told us to go straight, then to the left, we walked about 500 meters from the reception, did not know where to go, could not open the door with a card, came back to the reception, stood in line, just awful. And this room was terrible and not cleaned, hair everywhere. The hotel is just tin and there are a lot of Arabs, their uneducated children jump into the pool dressed, and men who allow themselves not good things are not very pleasant.
