We got to the hotel by 8 am (departure at 2:10), bracelets by 10:00, check-in by 14:00 (introductory info).

Receptionist - eccentrics (with the letter "m") who do not care about your needs. Their task is to breed for grandmas. From the very beginning they tried to sell a number not in the 3rd building. The standard price is $10/night, offered for $5. For those who want to walk less, expect to pay (but bargain). I liked the 3rd building more - quiet, its own pool, its own bar, near the water park (3 slides, but still). I advise you to take rooms with an even number - south side, view of the pool. Odd - view of Rixos, and the smell from their kitchen (

The staff is the main problem of this hotel. The cleaner does not specifically report towels, water and more. And this is not from an oversight, he knows exactly in which issue he did not report what, because when I went to demand, he added exactly what was needed. I did not finish watching one towel, but he confidently said that it was there and showed where it was.
Although the bracelets are from 10, we went to the dining room without any problems and had breakfast, then changed and went to the sea.
I advise you not to listen to the reception and go to breakfast, otherwise you will be angry and hungry, as was the case with many upon our arrival.
All this time the suitcases were lying outside, on the street - they could allocate a room for this, since they have this way of treating guests when they check in...

Of the 9 days, the red flag was 3 days. The rest of the days are good, swimming, light breeze. The pontoon is 330 meters, but stationary, does not stagger. Rixos is nearby - 980 meters (it's tough), the buggy takes them there to swim))) Corals are trampled not only by snorkelers, but also by scuba divers (based on the depth), swim to the left, it's more beautiful there, there are fish. I would shoot tourists who are standing on corals, but I'm not in charge here...
The beach is huge.

For those who do not know or have forgotten: DO NOT buy excursions from hotel guides. The wife decided to take for 5 dollars. survey... We were taken shopping... The guide also promised sights. Parents bought in Cairo. This * fool told about 4 hours of travel - 9 hours one way... Even on the Cairo beach it is $ 50 cheaper. Here is my fault - I left with the child for breakfast and did not attend the meeting.
