We rested in early August, with my family, 2 adults + 1 child 15 years old.
The hotel was chosen according to several criteria: low cost, large territory, the presence of a water park, proximity to the airport.
Departure from Zaporozhye. From the Dnieper (from the circus) to the airport of Zaporizhzhya was delivered free of charge two hours before departure (the return transfer to the Dnieper is also free). In connection with quarantine measures for COVID-19, several people were allowed into the airport building only in masks and after measuring the temperature. On the plane, they issued a questionnaire on COVID-19, which must be filled out and returned at the airport upon arrival. At the airport of Sharm, temperature measurement and processing of suitcases and hand luggage des. solution
ACCOMMODATION: From the airport the road took about 15-20 minutes. Arrived at the hotel after 16.00. Settled within 10 minutes. Everyone was given new reusable face masks.

The hotel is very popular with Arab tourists. There were about 50 to 80% of them in the hotel (on weekends).
Vacationers: 20-40% - Ukrainians, 50-80% - Arabs, 5-10% - the rest.
Room: The room was cleaned well and every day, regardless of whether we left the "van dollar" or not. Every day, two bottles of water were brought to the room, tea / coffee, soap and shower gels were renewed. The room is spacious and bright, but the furniture is already quite old and dilapidated (especially the chairs) - it should have been replaced 20 years ago.
The safe did not want to close - only after the third appeal to the reception the master came and fixed everything. I cleaned the drain in the sink immediately after the first treatment (previous vacationers dropped a shampoo cap into the drain).
The territory is large, beautiful (a lot of flowers) and well-groomed, but apparently due to quarantine, the hotel was being prepared for the new season sparingly or in a hurry: unpainted bridges over the pool, cracked plaster on the building, peeling paint on tables and chairs in the restaurant, and other little things, which spoil the overall impression of the hotel. Containers with disinfectant liquid are placed everywhere and posters about the danger of COVID-19 are posted. There are several water slides, but they are located very inconveniently: behind the reception and quite far from the main pool and the beach.
Animation: sadness. In addition to water aerobics and evening uncomplicated activities, there is essentially nothing else. The hotel is focused on a relaxing family holiday. Lots of families with kids of all ages. Often, the animators simply "staggered" near the pool and the beach, not knowing what to do with themselves and vacationers.
FOOD: the food was pretty good. Constantly several types of meat (chicken and beef), local dishes, grilled dishes, pastries, fruits (melons, watermelons, dates, oranges). In connection with the quarantine, all dishes were given out by the restaurant workers, who were wearing gloves and masks. Portions were not limited.

Alcohol: in addition to light beer, there is rum, whiskey, and locally produced vodka. All drinks were bottled: cola/fanta/sprite, beer and alcohol.
SEA: for the sake of the sea it is worth going to Egypt. Having passed along a rather long pontoon, you immediately plunge into a very beautiful underwater world near the coral reef! A mask and fins are enough (if you wish, you can go scuba diving for 25 USD).
The wind was in the first half of the day (a red flag hung before lunch). The sea warmed up very well, especially in the lagoon cleared of corals. Special footwear is highly recommended (rocks, corals, and sea urchins).
Souvenirs: went to Naama Bay and bought souvenirs there. Taxi $6 There are few tourists. Bargain! Often the price can be brought down well. Were in the Old Market - prices are lower, more choice. Finally, on the second visit to Sharm, we visited the Fares Seafood fish restaurant. The food in the fish eateries on Naama Bay cannot be compared to what is served in Fares Seafood, and by the way, it is cheaper.
Honey, halvah, teas, etc. bought in a supermarket (you can look at the goods, the prices are lower and you immediately see how much you have to pay).
Due to quarantine, many establishments are closed: Hard Rock Cafe (only a gift shop is open), Fares Seafood in Naama Bay (works in the Old Market), Carifur supermarket in Naama Bay and other establishments.
EXCURSIONS: Due to quarantine, only local excursions: quad biking and sea excursions. There are no excursions to Alexandria, Cairo, Petra and Jerusalem.
SUMMARY: Impressions about the rest 10, about the hotel 7. Total 8.
