CHECK-IN we arrived closer to 11 pm, no one ever checked our tests anywhere, neither at the airport, nor during check-in, nor when communicating with the manager. I gave him copies, silently along with the voucher - he did not even look, as he was exclusively busy with excursions. I am sure that if I had come without a test, no one would have noticed. We settled right away, as a late dinner they offered to go to the kitchen, where we found only dried pastries and wilted coleslaw and some other vegetables left over from dinner. We were put in room 3302.
ROOM: when I entered the room, I was shocked. All without exception in the dust. Walls, cabinets, shelves, dirty mirrors are all covered with dust, drops of something, etc. The chairs on the balcony were broken, but they were changed in the morning upon request. The mini-bar did not work in the room, 3 appeals to the reception did not solve anything, the mini-bar did not work.
Card room keys work disgustingly, they worked 25 times and even then not always. Several times a day I had to go to the reception to reflash the cards, as they could not get into the room. On the third day, when we couldn’t get into the room at all, they still sent us a technician who changed the card lock to a regular one, and then the problem was finally solved.

The bathroom is a nightmare. Everything was moldy, dirty, dripping, and there was a roll of toilet paper almost used by someone before us. For two there were 2 jars of gel and 1 jar of shampoo, also the remains are visible. Toilet leaky, dirty. The sink is the same. The white walls in the bathroom near the sink are still smudges and drops. The balcony curtain is all covered in some kind of yellow spots, on the balcony the railings are all dirty, also in spots.
Seeing all this, I took $ 20 and went straight to the reception at night to ask for relocation to a clean room. The manager refused the $20 and showed us a printout with rates for a superior room, where you had to pay $10 extra per night. The argument that a clean room has nothing to do with a superior room did not work, but they promised to clean it in the morning.
In the morning they replaced the chair, the promised cleaning was not.
But, it is worth noting that the room offers a gorgeous side view of the sea and mountains. This is a big plus.
CLEANING OF THE ROOM: for a week, the bedding was not changed for us even once, I was able to determine this by the holes in the bedding, which were with me all 7 days. Although they wrote on the site that the change of bed every day. Water was provided regularly. The towels were changed once a week. On the first day, I left $ 5 for the cleaners, for which an extremely superficial cleaning was done, I didn’t wait for the swans on the bed, I didn’t see the cleanliness in the bathroom. She left nothing for them. Also, when we decided to straighten the blanket in the duvet cover, we saw a huge spot of a brown tint on the blanket. But it is worth noting that the mattresses were clean and very comfortable.

PUBLIC TOILETS ON THE TERRITORY OF THE HOTEL: this is worse than at stations. That's horrible. Even the public toilet at the reception, it was impossible to go there without a mask. This is the reception, the face of the hotel. There is a terrible stench in the toilet, eating out the eyes, everything is dirty, it is disgusting to touch anything. In the booths, used paper is lying on the floor. And this is not the worst. In the toilet, there was just dried shit on the floor, some of it was trampled on, also, shit was smeared on some doors and even on the doorknob! I'll show it in the photo too. How is that possible? And it was constant, no one cleaned it. The toilet on the beach is the same as at the reception, but it was even scarier to go there. At the reception, the toilet is in dark colors, although it’s not so visible there, but on the beach the toilet is white and it’s all very clearly visible! I’ll add a photo of the beach beach toilet here, and these photos were taken after I waited for the cleaner to finish and then he came out and said “Now it’s fresh, you can go in. ”
HOTEL TERRITORY: Not well maintained, garbage everywhere, bags, masks, glasses, feeling that I got to the streets of Cairo, and not to 5 *. Sanitizers hang everywhere, but they are all empty, many are simply gutted, aniseptic is only in the restaurant and at the reception.
FOOD: The hotel has two restaurants, on the second floor for everyone, on the first floor - for everyone except the Egyptians. We went to the restaurant without the Egyptians. For the Egyptians, the concept of a queue does not exist; in their restaurant, meat / fish and other delicacies - everything was given out by the employees in portions, while on the first floor - everything was in the public domain. There were no frills, but there were always several types of meat, fish, many desserts, fruits, sometimes French fries were given for lunch. We were not hungry, but every day the same thing, without exception. The only variety in the restaurant is the mood of the chef who fried the omelettes. Sometimes he was very cheerful, sometimes extremely depressed. This ends the variety. The bar made pizza during the day, no meat, but it was still delicious. After three days of being on this same diet, I was already sad to go to lunch, as I knew the menu 100% exactly. There was also popcorn at dinner.
SEA: The pontoon is long, but it was worth it, a lot of fish, beautiful corals. But it was not possible to swim from the beach. Also, there was always a red flag every morning. It was possible to swim only after lunch.
STAFF: mostly unobtrusive, inadequate was only the master of African braids. Asked him once the price, that's it. At some point, he came to me on the beach and began to literally yell that he was at work, and that since I asked the price, he expected that I would come to him and he would get a job. I had to explain in a not very nice way to him how to behave.

ENTERTAINMENT: Ping pong, tennis, water park - everything is cool here. Animators - there were two of them, but they were so dull that they themselves could use animation to cheer up. Wifi at reception worked well.
CHECK-OUT: CORAL manager didn't bother to post our pickup time, had to call him at 10pm to find out. Upon check-out, we were given lunch boxes with us, upon request, though. And even though the bracelets had already been removed from us, since we were evicted after 12.
