I bought a last-minute tour for two weeks with a child on an all-inclusive system for $ 1.000 the day before departure.
I chose from several hotels, this one had the lowest price, but after reading the reviews, I decided to consider hotels more expensive by 50-100 thousand tenge. People were also dissatisfied with other hotels. And then I decided to take the charm bride with the thought that if I go to a hotel with bad reviews, then at least I won’t overpay. And never regretted it.
I came with my son, they wanted to relax like in a sanatorium, without fuss. The food was excellent, buffet three times a day and sandwiches for afternoon tea. Every day a choice of chicken, fish and meat. There were few vacationers, and 5 days before departure, we were left with 12 people at all. Here food was served in portions to everyone, but these were huge portions. Dessert is always fresh vegetables and fruits. Nobody was hungry. The restaurant staff is very attentive and friendly.

Once the son saw that someone ordered fries and wanted potatoes, but he was not on the buffet that day, so the cook fried him separately.

In general, we were lucky with the beach, because I was afraid that because of the unsafe bottom, the child would not be able to swim. Before lunch we spent time at the sea. And after dinner at the pool.
The slides are scheduled to turn on from 11 to 12, but in fact they turned on in the afternoon, it was worth asking. There were days when there was no one at the pool except for us, and slides were turned on for us.

As far as I understood from conversations with other tourists, this was the only comment on the hotel. After a flight delay and a seven-hour flight, when you just want to lie down and sleep, and the room is dirty, then your nerves can pass). But you just have to ask them to fix everything right away. Someone's number was changed, our floors were washed. They didn't clean every day. If you meet the guys and say that you need cleaning, they will come and clean it without any problems. They also had a cart with clean linen and towels on the floor.

To the right and left of the hotel there are shops, cafes, pharmacies and ATMs. On the left side of the hotel is the famous store George Clooney.

I think all the problems come from the fact that people did not live up to their expectations from the rest. You can go here if you just want the sea, the sun, delicious food and sweet sleep. More sophisticated entertainment in hotels across the road and for completely different money)
