Не советую этот отель I do not recommend this hotel

I stayed at this hotel in October 2009 and I will not recommend it to anyone. For 5 stars there is perhaps the territory, really beautiful and well-groomed. The unobtrusiveness of the service and the attention of the staff are on the verge of their absence, approximately at level 2. My friend and I were forced to complain to the tour leader in order to get a normal room, because on the first day they settled in a bungalow, where what worked can be counted on the fingers. After the scandal at the reception and the promise to continue it, we even managed to get a hairdryer : ) Cleaning in the room, on the days when it happened : ), left much to be desired, not only better, but at least to be noticeable. The sea is absent there as such, to walk in shallow water for 700 meters, there are no fish, as well as corals. The food is quite adequate, but in the last few days it was possible to get it by standing in line. In general, this hotel is the only thing that overshadowed our holiday. : )
