And they don't clean under the bed and in the corners either. I really pay attention to this, as I am allergic. The hotel staff are all lovely people! Kind, welcoming. But I want to draw attention to one situation that struck us. We witnessed how the girl who works with the receptionist Julia, boorishly shouted at the waiters and bartenders, because the glasses and cups were broken. This needs to be expressed to the owner of the hotel, and not to spread rot on ordinary employees. We feel very sorry for these guys. But after talking with other guys from the service. Although the glasses are already old and dirty, it is disgusting to drink from them! The restaurant does not shine with variety, but you will not go hungry. Sometimes they gave delicious sweets. There are few fruits and they all seem to be stale. The juice is terrible, chemical. . Like an invite from childhood. Very dirty floors in the corridors. Yes, and cleaning and repair is needed! But we read a lot of comments about it, so I won't dwell on it! The pool is only one working in fact, there are 2 more but there is cold water, swimming is unrealistic. We advise you to go on excursions from the guys from the beach. Price and quality are better than the guide. Although the guide says that medical insurance covers only injuries that were received on their tour. Passed, no injuries. But I want to say that this is a scam.
