Traveled with my husband. It was the first time in Egypt. They settled us in a room with a large bed and a view of the pool (although the ticket was overlooking the garden, apparently, $ 10 at the reception played a role). The room was cleaned every day, all towels, bed linen were changed, all kinds of gels and shampoos were delivered on time. Lots and lots of food. The buns are just incredible. We always sat down in the service area of ​ ​ one waiter, left him for a tip, so we were always escorted to the table, no problems with appliances, etc.
Bottled water in any quantity in bars. Free ice cream at the beach bar.
Three fairly large pools, there were always free sunbeds. The territory is very beautiful, it is very pleasant to go to the sea when there are so many greenery and flowers around.
Evening animation was of little interest to us, we went to bed immediately after dinner. But in the morning, aerobics under the guidance of Big Momo was very pleasing.

There are a lot of Russian tourists in the hotel. The staff is well explained in Russian. Guide Pegasus Irina was at the hotel every day, however, we did not need her help, everything was without problems anyway.
A funny place is Sasha's hookah bar on site. I recommend taking a look.
Of the excursions, we went on a motorcycle safari with camel riding and dinner with the Bedouins. We liked.
The most pleasant impressions from the rest. We would love to visit this hotel again.
