Recently visited this hotel. In general, very good, I liked almost everything - both food and service, the hotel area is very well-groomed and beautiful, the staff is polite and friendly. But this hotel has some "jambs" that I want to talk about. The first is bracelets. The Russians are lilac, the Arabs are blue, the British or Germans are beige. That is, vacationers there are divided according to nationality. According to the bracelets, the staff will distinguish a Russian from an Englishman, and in the bar the first one will be poured to the Englishman, it is the Englishman or the Arab at the reception who will give the best water, for example. Personally, it all pissed me off a lot. Secondly, housekeeping sucks. Honestly, every day they left a dollar on the table. We arrive - on the bed a rose or a palm tree is twisted from towels. Further attention! From the dirty towels that I had already thrown on the floor in the shower! Complained at the reception - it's useless. Every day, for my dollar, they twisted a palm tree from dirty towels, picking them up from the floor. Is this the concept of a hotel or is this how they clean it for Russians? Third - no animation. It's just boring there, no one entertains you. No, I'm lying - there is animation - but in the evening, in English for foreign children. No one will offer anything to a Russian child there. So think. But I liked everything else. The beach is not far at all - 10 minutes walk. The beds and mattresses are old and need to be replaced. The pontoon is really very long. But that's why he's good - he comes to a beautiful distant reef, where awesome fish live! People even tried to get onto our pontoon from neighboring short pontoons, where there is no such variety of fish as on our long pontoon. But they were chased away. We got a lot of pleasure from diving! Yes, we also went to Israel! Cool! Trip - a day and a half for $ 450 for two. We went with Pegasus - they were great, they looked after us, counted, everything was provided - food, overnight stay, and an interesting excursion. Thanks Pegasus! Yes, still - in Israel everything is absolutely calm, not a single hair has fallen from us.
